Hi I was facing nuisance tripping when turning on water pump. After watching the video I searched for ABB AP-R type RCCB in both offline and online. Unfortunately I was not able to get one from offline market. So I purchased the RCCB from ABB emart for Rs 3900 including shipping charges. Now the nuisnace tripping is not there everything is working fine. Thanks for the video.

എന്റെ പുതിയ വീട്ടില്‍ ഉണ്ട്. ഞാന്‍ multimeter vech നോക്കുമ്പോള്‍ NE വോള്‍ട്ടേജ് ചിലപ്പോ 5V ആയിരിയ്ക്കും ട്രിപ് ആവുമ്പോ ഓണ്‍ ആകിയ അത് 40V വരെ കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഏകദേശം 30-60 മിനിട്' ഇങ്ങനെ നില്‍കും . ആ സമയത്ത് elcb ഓണ്‍ ആക്കിയാല്‍ അകത്തു switching വീഴില്ല. just lever മോളിലെക് പോവും. havelles nte ആണ്.
If neutral to earth voltage is high like 30 or 40V, then RCCB or ELCB will trip due to current produced by this voltage.. you have complaint to KSEB if this voltage is coming from post or if it is generated from house ... you have to rectify it...
Do we need separate earthing for spd or can we connect to our available earth terminal.? Also how can i connect the spd is it parallel to the mcb like phase out from mcb and neutral out from rccb get connected in parallel along with the load (motor)?
Separate earthing is a MUST. Because , if earthing is common when a high voltage surge ( during lightning) is discharged through the SPD, this high voltage will transferred to the body of electrical appliances which are connected to 3 pin plug points. A person will definitely get serious shock if he is in touch with such appliances.🙏
@@jayanmangattukunnel5875 Thanks and one more info needed what sqmm wire I need to use for earthing, I am planning to use spd for 1hp pump it is having nuisance tripping. Currently I have separate Rccb for pump and other circuits.

Rccb false tripping നടകുന്നു, തിരിച് normal ചെയ്യെന്നെങ്കില് purathulla mainswitch ഓഫ് ചെയ്തലെ പറ്റടുന്നുല്ലു . അത് മാത്രമ്മല്ല rccb test button press ചെയ്താലും ഇതാന് problem ?

Special RCCB യുടെ tripping time കൂട്ടിവച്ചാൽ home appliance ൽ നിന്നും shock അടിക്കകയാണെങ്കിൽ RCCB കൃത്യസമയത്ത് trip ആ കാ തെ അപകടം ഉണ്ടാകില്ലേ?
