I'm a strongmen fan since 25 years ago. I've never really been interested to the women side of the sport. But watching Autie Liz doing her best in each event, soo inspiring ! I had a smile from the beginning to end of this video. Autie Liz if you ever read this comment, you were INCREDIBLE !! Much love to you and Loz ! 💪❤
as a veteran from uk and a tom stoltman fan. my view on mitchel hooper really really is changing every time i see him . seems like a true gentleman to be honest .
I read ''Average woman'' on the thumbnail and then realise this is about Auntie Liz.. Right away i keyboard hero my way to the comments... Cmon, Auntie Liz is more than an average woman! Great Job Liz
There is not enough like buttons. AWESOME!! Liz you did not just awesome but looked like you had the best time. I am sure the stellar coach team you had was great too!
God I love this sport! Loz's wife was competing in her first ever Strongman contest and was fighting to keep going with the sandbag.... and he still took the time to cheer on Kelly 😊🥰 LOVE THIS SPORT!!! And congrats Auntie Liz!! The fight and drive you had in was honestly extremely impressive!! I am sooooo proud of you! Knowing Loz and Mitch were there, I had no doubt that you would try hard, but after watching videos of you working out on this channel I never thought you would fight THAT hard!! Mikhail Shivlyakov and Konstantine Janashia would be proud of the determination you displayed 🫵👍💪
The grit she showed on the Viking Press was incredibly motivating! I’m about to take a belt test for my karate class and I really needed this. Great work Auntie Liz!
Would love to see Liz do one comp a year or so, I bet Liz's progress could actually inspire tons of people to train and compete. Even if this was a one time only show Liz you did fantastic! Should be so proud of yourself
I’m not gonna lie. I got a little choked up at Auntie Liz killing it and all her supporters there. It was truly something heartwarming to watch! Congratulations Liz!
Aww way to go Liz. I started to get watery eyed when Loz congratulated you on your determination. Not many people are better to get that compliment from.
How many other strongman/strongwoman (or any strength athlete) can say that they came in 6th at their very first competition and did a PB on every single event for said competition? Genuine props, Liz!
Congrats to Liz! All PB's and no injuries is the best outcome one could aim for. Loved seeing all your friends and family support you trying something new and challenging
You did brilliantly. You should be very proud of what you've achieved. You looked like you were having a good time despite it not being something you would normally do. Loz and Mitch inspired me to have a go at a beginner strongman event. I'm 57 and a distance runner, not even a strength athlete, but it was great fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Liz aught to be really proud of herself. It's not easy at all to go from nothing to that sort of weight, and to PB everything is really impressive. Good for you Liz. I did my first comp at that gym and everyone was so supportive. I think once you do one you realise strongman comps are so welcoming and encouraging.
Liz is a strong woman ! And like Mama Shahlaei said she is a winner to us. Three cheers for Liz, she lived and breathed it. Hope she is feeling better and good. :)
the highlight for me here is a family where everyone loves and supports each other, one day i hope to find a partner and say the same about my own family. what a lovely video all around, cheers from Russia.
Well done Liz amazing effort taking yourself out of your comfort zone 💪💪💪 inspires me to think about signing up for a novice comp. I live in Bath so maybe Wiltshires... Need to get a few months training in before thinking about that
thanks for the raw and up-front content Loz, i'm sure you don't hear it enough but those really into the sport really appreciate these types of vids as well as the content is raw and 100... keep up the great work and thanks
Really proud that my best friend is so strong and was fighting in Deadlift so hard! Congratulations❗️ Really impressive to see👌
This will make me a much better coach for Team Liz ☺️😂
@rauno21aa You are so cute! You love Liz so much!!!! @mrsshahlaei451
@@mrsshahlaei451that was great determination on that last rep on the viking press and the deadlift. I didn't see any double dipping... Haha
Hello Rauno!!!! Greetings from Poland!❤
So you need to show her how it's done in Vegas!
Imagine going to a local show and one of your competitors has a Europe’s strongest man and a worlds strongest man in their corner 😂
Yeah, sorry ladies 😂 - Liz
Liz had all the major titles in her corner :)
Let's not forget a worlds strongest woman masters competitor as well!

"Go mommy" the most lovely cheer, great work auntie liz!!! Massive respect 🔥🔥💪🏼

" Mitch has manged to rig the competition for me." Good one Liz lol.
Now we need a “Where are they now” documentary video on Liz’s long and storied career as a strongwoman 😂
Even better if they do it completely unironically and as serious as any other video, just talk about herself in 3rd person.
Everyone can take that as inspiration as 8weeks ago she wasn't lifting any weights and completed all events well done liz
Watching Liz fight for every rep and step was absolutely inspiring.
Love how supportive both Loz and Mitch are! This sort of content warms my heart! Good Job Liz!

The Mitch squat comment is hilarious
I agree; that was awesome.
There is not enough like buttons. AWESOME!! Liz you did not just awesome but looked like you had the best time. I am sure the stellar coach team you had was great too!
Liz holding that deadlift at the top had strong Benedikt Magnusson energy. 💪
Mitch is such a great guy. Hope you had fun Auntie Liz, and hope you will continue a new hobby.

I'm a 51 yr old man and I was cheering at the TV for Liz like my team was in the Superbowl! Haha, social media is something else, huh?
Great Job!
There is nothing “average” about Liz. So beautiful, funny, and now….strong. One of the best videos on this channel.
Great work Auntie Liz! I hope you had fun!

I was thinking the same, one more comp next year to show off the training progress!
I’m not gonna lie. I got a little choked up at Auntie Liz killing it and all her supporters there. It was truly something heartwarming to watch! Congratulations Liz!
Mitch carrying Alexa in the chair was cute!
3:28 for anyone looking for it!
Her “I don’t know” made the whole,e thing better
that and the jump scare at 10:55 was adorable
Auntie Liz looked phenomenal!!!!!! You go little lady. Absolutely loved that.
110% proud of the best strong aunt. Just listening to Loz and the absolute pride he has just made my heart swell!!!
We'll have to start calling her Big Liz
That was amazing Liz! You had such great form in every event. Such determination too. I'm very impressed! Well done you! 💪
This was motivating as all hell!
Aww way to go Liz. I started to get watery eyed when Loz congratulated you on your determination. Not many people are better to get that compliment from.
Aww you had so much support Liz. You are awesome! I was so proud of you. ❤💪🏼
Mean mugging the judge during the press was the best! Haha. Great work!
Well done, Liz...! Your little one was bursting with pride, and a good day was had by all...! It all starts somewhere...!
I’ve never been so proud of someone I don’t know. Way to go Liz!
Sincerely, it makes me proud of our sport, that a lady like this would choose to join "this thing of ours", even for a day 🙌❤
Big Loz cheering for his wife made my day.
Great job! Loved the “go mommy”! Was that big loz 😂
Seriously awesome Liz! Should be mega proud 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Well done aunty Liz, I was actually screaming encouragement at the screen . You were very inspirational at what can be done in a short time.
Fuck yeah I could watch these all the time!! Those were some gutsy performances out there!! Proud of you auntie liz!!
Awesome job liz!! Let's go!

That was fantastic, Auntie Liz! Well done!
I'm sure this will inspire a bunch of people to compete, it's great to see someone try strongman/woman who isn't already very strong.
Intro caught me off guard had to check what channel I was on lol. Love to see Mitch and Loz hanging out and helping each other.
Only 8 weeks of preparation? Insane!
This woman is so impressive, imagine what she could do with a proper coach!
Congratulations Liz!
Great job Liz!
Great job Liz. Super fun watching you succeed. Found you and Loz watching Mitch and glad to have found you. You are a great team. Love the videos.
It's actually quite emotional watching how supportive Loz is of his wife, especially just after that squat and she was disappointed.
Well done Liz, that was awesome. That Viking press was out of this world & you did yourself & Loz proud with the execution.👊
Considering trying my first local comp in a month, it’s scary but this is definitely inspiring! As long as I don’t zero everything it should be fun
I hope you enter the comp again next year. i think it would be good for anybody to be able to see in real terms the progress they make in a year
Good job Liz you couldn't have anyone better helping you
Congrats Liz this is super inspiring and you must be so proud of yourself!
