9:01 I like how he always loses at first then he defeats the villain, and then a few seasons later he and Robin manage to beat his whole rogues gallery in one room
He played Mumbo Jumbo in Teen Titans show and that character isn't aquatic. I hope you're just referring to the fact he happens to play quite a number of sea guys since he was also very good in roles like Starscream from Transformers Animated
Amazing, top quality vids hope your channel blows up man and the batman one of the most underrated shows ever I'm glad it's getting it props. The last season and the inclusion of the Justice League was brilliant to me.
Omg I forgot about this animation! Deffo gonna have to rewatch it. Thank you for talking about it ! This was a fun watch, a great video. Hope your channel blows up. Keep it up! 💪🏼🤍
For me, I pefer 2004 version over animatied series. It had a story land from Batman being a loner in season, grows across the show progressing to being founder member of justice league in 5. I even like the version of Superman, while still our favorite boy scout, does drive into the fact he was distance from people of earth of being an alien. Would like to see more of this Superman. Maybe there was plans, having Superman going through his own development of Superman being Clark Kent like how Batman and Bruce Wayne try balancing each other. Joker here feel like true embodiment of chaos from his action to his manners, from his walk and fighting style being random and wild. Even has the best version of Joker and Harley Quinn, instead of being abusive, Joker support Harley into her fall into villainy. Joker is still selfish and watch Harley Quinn as a joke to watch, and have no issues leaving her behind. Something which fit Joker personality on drawing people into insanity by drawing out or tricking them into their worse trait to make their one bad day rather oversaturated abuser. And Alfred is still the GOAT.
This Batman show was the Spectacular Spider-Man show equivalent for me. Some prefer and hail Batman TAS and the 90s Spider-Man show as the best and I can understand and see why. I love those earlier series as well. However, for me I grew up with and prefer The Batman 2004 and Spectacular Spider-Man. Their unique and modern takes and styles in terms of soundtrack, designs, action and writing was extremely refreshing and resonated deeply for me as a late 90s and early 2000s kid. As a result they have aged better for me as a whole but that’s no disrespect intended or any credit taken away from their older counterparts which are still solid and have certain aspects that I do prefer over their newer counterparts. The Batman 2004 pretty much inspired or came first correct me if I’m wrong with The Batman Who Laughs in one of the episodes. Joker having dreads, his voice and being able to fight in fact nearly all of Batman’s villains being able to fight is a welcome change. The darker and detective, noir sequence vibe the first season had is also peak Batman. It feels similar to The Batman 2022 movie. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were fans or took some inspiration from this show. I could go write essays and go on longer but I’m sure others and yourself can show more clearly why this show is great. Thanks for reading up to here if you have. Great video.
While I don't recall much from the Batman but it is praised. Unfortunately people might've been a bit tired of Batman especially as he was the cornerstone or at least a huge part in 5 DCAU shows: BTAS, Batman & Robin, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, & Batman Beyond

As a kid I used to stay up at night waiting for this show to come on the boomerang channel. Man those were the days
As did I, between the late 2000s and early 2010s. It was my utmost favorite comic book adaptation to watch. Those were the glory days.
Same. Before I had dvds of it.
The early seasons intro song lives rent free in my head. Its so good.
Great video btw
For real man song was iconic
Probably worth mentioning that this Joker also loved and was nice to his hyenas
i’m glad people are still writing love letters to this show
13:20 Batman grapples to the fuxking moon
Not enough people talk about this show
I grew up with this and the animated series love what they did with there own little twist on his Rogue's gallery
Tom Kenny plays an Octopus (Doc Ock), a Penguin (The Penguin), and a sea sponge (some guy I guess) he just can’t play anything that isn’t aquatic lol
He played Mumbo Jumbo in Teen Titans show and that character isn't aquatic. I hope you're just referring to the fact he happens to play quite a number of sea guys since he was also very good in roles like Starscream from Transformers Animated
@@ashesGeek yeah I know he doesn’t exclusively play aquatic-themed characters, I was just making a joke
Good video. Minor thing 1:28 You mean the 2004 was the "successor" to the 90s animated series. Both are independent series.
I hold both TAS and The Batman close since they, along with the Tim Burton film were my gateway drugs to Batman.

I grew up on this show. this batman was built different
One of the first shows I ever collected all of the seasons for, this and the last airbender.

1:25 I think you meant successor not predecessor as Batman TAS came out way before The Batman 2004
Shoot I never even caught that. You are right!
damn.... just gonna call it, if you keep up the quality and maybe re-adjust the shown footage some more to your narration, this channel gonna explode
my favourite batman show
Such a great show
Great video man, I’m surprised u don’t have more subscribers

Hugo is a very cool design
Bane's atrong form is trash but his human form is dope
The kabuki tiwns are neat
*successor. This show was the Successor to BTAS, not predecessor.
Yeah idk how I missed that one in my script. My b
Honestly i think i get more nostalgia from this show then btas
The them is so damn good and nostalgic, it came out 4 years before I was born
The last episode came out in 2008 i think which was 3 years before i was born
I liked this show but wasn't a fan when the justice league came and I liked the show more when batman fought villains alone
