    Just purchased the x pro it took 1 picture and nothing since. Contacted customer service and was put in a queue by a person and told me not to call back or I would lose my spot. After 24 hrs with no response I assumed something went wrong. When I called to ask I was told that I was still in the queue. Wow so fortunate that I was able to keep my spot in the queue. I guess I'm still in the queue. Hope I get a response before the deer season closes!

    I know it's not the pro but I got 2 fusion x and when i try and activate it gives me the low battery or no SDK card light, how ever one did active but in the app the SD card was red...

    Have one that worked great last year. Reactivated this year no test photos, nothing. Second camera brand new, fails registration. Have spent days trying to get thru on phone. BEWARE!!

      I ordered one on 8/12 - it was defective and they told me I had to pay shipping to return it. I shipped it and it was delivered on 8/19. After 2 weeks I sent an email to ask about my refund, no response. Waited a week sent another, no response. I've now been on hold for 42 minutes listening to ads about how great the new cameras and plans are. Beware is right!!!

    I was given a fusion x pro by a coworker. They lost the SIM card. I am trying to find out how to purchase a new one. I have emailed and called stealthcam but no replies. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Just older camera kinda stop working and linking …. Old remote app will not pick up camera anymore .. I own 15 of the older one not 1 will log on to remote app anymore cell part… I can pull card it’s ok so got 10 of new one with new app … so far good .
