    Ive tried adding a couple new cams and they fail every time. I have 3 already connected but the two new ones will not. It also doesnt give an option to choose a plan after the first installation (since the app update). I also do not get any notifications from any of the three I have connected since the app update either.. tried calling and was on hold for 45 min and never answered. Have emailed support twice in the last 12 days and no replies. Im becoming a little disappointed.

      OK so I was having the same problem. You have to activate the cam without batteries. Mine kept saying failed. I re did it without the battery pack and it worked! I also deleted my account once and re did everything. I dont think that mattered though.

      Hi can you walk me through exactly how you did it with out the batteries or how ever you got it to work… I have 3 cameras that won’t activate. Or let me buy a plan…

    How do I change the camera location? I activated it at my sisters how, then too it home. It is still showing my sister s address

    got my first camera and first cellular cam from you guys and guess what. failed to activate. nothing works. good to see that there is no priority for the app and getting it resolved... id be pissed if i was spending any amount of money monthly or even annually on this product. called support and the lady that picked up was very nice but she informed me that it was going to take 1-3 business days to get a response from the actual support team... what a joke! save your money people.

      @@jonk2682 did all of that still failed. I’ve spent about 2 hrs of my own troubleshooting via their website FAQ and other TH-cam videos and nothing worked. I literally tried everything. I value my time and I won’t be spending another dime of my money on this company moving forward.

      Agreed. This is horse shit. They had multiple numbers, first number told me they’d contact me within 24-48hrs and that I need camera on hand if they are to do anything. On the second number got told the same thing and not to call more than once or I’d get pushed to the back of the queue. Yikes.

    WTF…. I need a payment plan? Why can’t I just retrieve the SD card to view my photos?

      I need to figure out if you can use it that way as well just incase, but this is a “cell” camera made for sending photos/videos via cellular service. There are many trail cams that don’t use cellular service where you just go check the memory card in person. I use their wildview for that and it’s been great for me!

    Cant activate to choose a plan. Error code says no plan. Well duh. Customer service was no help. Verizon was no help. You guys must have a dumpster full of returns by now.
