there is levels to referees, I mainly divide them by 3, Bart Wood is first Level (Dogshit), Guy who just learned the rules like 2 seconds ago is second level and PAL referees are third and final level (best). I challenge anyone to find a video of Matt Mask not false starting in WAL.
Ermes is great and in my mind the best pound for pound guy right now. Laletin found that out when they were playing in Dubai. You can see that he respects Ermes after that. He was way to much for Mat Mask. His problem is the same as Todd Hutchings; easily the best in his weight category and has to pull heavier for competition.. Ermes is very strong though.

I'm American and I'm not embarrassed in the slightest to say on average the strong European guys are much better than the strongest Americans right now. in ermes's weight class I don't think anyone in the us could even give him a good fight.
This particular ref has to go. He has taken it on himself in the past to be the deciding factor in matches in who wins and who does not. On many occasions there were no fouls even though he dished them out only because he did not like how one arm wrestler or another was not following his instructions to the tee. He has unfairly punished some arm wrestlers by handing out fouls and bully tactics at times.
