What bottle do you use
1 gallon is like 4.5 liters which I think is a lot. Even your water bottle looks so big.
Around 2 liters is the sweet spot for me when it comes to drinking water daily.
Btw I really like the way you speak. It sounds so pleasant 😄

I take marching band so drinking way to much water is just a thing i do lol. I usally drink about 4 bottles of water in about 3 hours of practice so it cant Be that hard.

Heyyyy....there should have been a bendable plastic bit that came with the bottle, you attach that to the bottom of the straw...this allows the straw to bend down and spring back up. Hope it makes sense

U need pinch sea salt. Potassium not just plain water. Too much Plain water can actually flush out/dilute electrolytes

32oz would be a liter or 1000ml 64 oz or 2000 ml is 2 litres around 4.2liters is a gallon :)
