how about if the site is using slider revolution, the things about this plugin when you activate it will automatically create a language bar so there is no way to work on the site and languages without publish it live, such thing is not good when you site is published and the language have issues or not showing, is there a way to work on it without been published automatic ?
i have tried your plugin and the categories are not translated automatically, neither are the gtext. is there any plugin or way to make the translation automatic separately? i want to translate my site in about 12 different languages and translating manually all the strings is too much work. thanks.
If automatic translation is enabled, whenever a change is made to the original language, the translated versions will be automatically updated as well upon the first visit. In other words, when you visit a translated version of your site for the first time after a change has been made to the original language, that translated version will be updated automatically.
How does DeepL & Google translation API works together? DeepL doesn't support some of the langage, so if I use Google translation API, will Google API override the DeepL translations?
Automatic translation will only translate strings that have not been yet translated, it will never override anything that has previously been translated. This means that if you switch from DeepL to Google Translate's API, Google will only translate the strings that were not already translated by DeepL, and will leave the translated ones as they are.
Hello, thank you for this useful guide. What happens to my third language when my license expires? Will it disappear from my website or will only the updates and support stop? Can I still translate and make changes then?
Hello! When your license expires the plugin will still continue to work as configured, meaning your third language will remain just as you set it up while the license was valid. However, you will lose access to updates and premium support.
hello is it possible to after translating a news language i want to put it as a by default when a user come from any where they can see the new language they dont need to select . is it possible ? thank you
The website will always be displayed in the original language by default. What you could do is use the Automatic User Language Detection add-on to automatically redirect users to their preferred language based on IP or browser settings. Here's more information on the add-on: translatepress.com/docs/addons/automatic-user-language-detection/
Hello! In order to translate meta descriptions and other SEO elements, you will need to activate the SEO Pack add-on, available with any pro license of the plugin. Then, you will be able to find all the metadata in the visual translation editor (in the strings dropdown from the translation sidebar).
When you add each language, there is an "Active" checkbox which is checked by default. Unchecking this will not display that language anymore on the front-end. But you won't lose the translations (you can reactivate it at a later point).
Yes, however, you can use the free tier with some limitations. Here's more details on the Google Cloud Free Program: cloud.google.com/free/docs/gcp-free-tier/.
That is NOT automatically, that is MANUALLY.... please don´t click bait people

Why should I pay for your service and still pay google for the translation? Sorry but not the right way
You also have a number of automatically translated words included with your license using TranslatePress AI: translatepress.com/ai/

How can I calculate the cost of translating my website?
Where is the content translated stored?
It's all stored in your own database, so you'll own the content forever. And you only need to translate it once.
