the thing that bothers me about the Tabantha region, and to a lesser extent the Hebra region, is that giant canyon on the map outskirts. From some angles I think tabantha looks really pretty, but from other angles it just looks oddly cut off and unnatural because of the massive border canyon. I would have preferred to see Tabatha stretch off into sort of a flat wasteland with an invisible wall or something. And the Hebra could have just been bordered by taller unclimbable mountains. Would have been a little weird but I just find that canyon so unnatural looking and offputting.

@LimcubePlus I’ve never sat down to watch/listen to something that’s so time consuming and unimportant to my life, but loved EVERY single second of it! That’s a direct product of your talents. I’ve spend lots of time enjoying your videos over the years (I’m not really referring to this particular video, but them all) I’m a lifetime Zelda fan, and casual player, and there’s so much great BotW content out there to watch. The amazing lore by Zeltik, the incredible “Life as a Bokoblin” by Monster Maze, ETC… Your videos, IE: The challenge speed runs, reaction/breakdowns, tutorials ETC are all done so well, and narrated perfectly! That’s what I find myself appreciating so much. For my money, you compete with the best of the best out there! Great fuck’n job!
For me it’s: Akkala > Faron > Hateno > Lanayru > Dueling Peaks > Wasteland > Ridgeland > Lake > Great Plateau > Woodland > Tabantha > Central > Eldin > Hebra > Gerudo And for me, they all range from 7/10 to 10/10 minus Gerudo. Gerudo is really the only region I actively dislike because there’s just really not much going on. It’s like a more boring Hebra region.
I love Faron best, too, and Akkala is beautiful, but I really love Thundra Plateau because one of my favourite armour pieces is there, and because that quest after learning windbombs and blss feels like magic. But I always go for rubber right after stealth, so I cook up some stamina just in case something goes wrong, bring a nice 2-handed bone weapon and get it done. After that, it rains much less and is simply gorgeous. Plus, a great place for farming electric insects, frogs, octorock parts, koroks,a nice Hinox. I’m not sure if the Lynel’s there or in Tabantha, but I think it’s there. And Tabantha gets an extra point (or 3) because you can farm Tabantha wheat to make bread, stews, cakes and pies/tarts. I think I’ve spent up to an hour at a time just mowing the grass in Tabantha on my 100% file (not 100% yet), and while I have over a hundred wheat bundles, I.’d have way more if I didn’t cook it with it all the time.
Well Woodland just happens to be my favourite 😅. It's a really beautiful region near to the Serenne Stable and The Forgotten Temple, Thyphlo Ruins and Korok Forest are also some of my favourite areas of the map. The Tower I also found to be ny favourite to climb especially because of the Swamp around it. The Badlands to the north are also incredibly distinct from anything else in the game. I just really like the fact it has a lot of empty space as its really beautiful imo.
Beautiful that you can churn videos out daily by just playing, but I imagine how great videos for some of these topics could be, especially this one, if you were able to show us clips of what you're talking about. But that requires editing. Why the 20 minute limit?
Lanaryu, Tabantha, Necluda, and Faron were my favorite regions.

Thank you so much!!
You forgot the fact that the ridge land region unlocks satori mountain. That definitely bumps it up by at least 3 points.
Akkala is definitely my favorite region, such beautiful trees and the best tower

I love faron just because it’s were beedle like to be the best
I love the Tabantha/Ridgeland area. It just looks so different from the rest of Hyrule, and something about it just feels right
