- In this video, I make a molded leather pocketknife sheath using a simple mold made from plywood. The sheath also features a tooled front flap & tooled belt loop that are hand dyed and hand stitched. Dimensions for the leather pieces as well as the dimensions for the mold are included in the video. Enjoy.

Very unusual, but I really like it
It’s wonderful to watch you hard stitch not to resort to a machine
Beautiful finished product
And you even include you pattern at no charge
WOW
Be Safe God Bless

Thanks for watching!
Oh man, the part where you glue that small leather circle to the back of the button. I cannot tell you how many of these I've bought, and they never bother to take that step. I always end up adding the circle myself.
That's attention to detail, makers take note.
Great job! Your videos inspire me to try to repeat your work. Thank you very much
Thanks for the support.

Super cool. Nice craftsmanship. Have you ever done a “double carry” loop? Can be carried both horizontal and vertical
I don’t think I have. Might need to try one.
Very nice.
Epic

WOW!!!
you projects are always so awesome. you always have a unique tooled pattern or color combo. very cool to see. that snap setter you used, is it the one that temu sells? i always see them, but was not sure the quality. it looks similar to the one you have and it looks like it is pretty sturdy.
Thanks. Not sure, did not get it from Temu
Класс!
Very nice
good job.
Thanks!
👍👍
It’s easier to draw a straight line tangent to a curve than to try to make the curve tangent to the lines.
Sir i lv it that is a top job my friend lvly job sir i want one with knife to lol uk😁👍👏👏
Very nice, but for someone starting out would need the tool's and dyes and leather.
It would be cheaper to just buy one.
Yes there is an investment in tools and supplies. But with that you can expand to do much more. Cheaper to buy one? Of course, just get a sandwich bag and some string and you’re good to go.
Love your work, question. I'm making the mold for this project, are the dimensions the same to as the leather dimensions?
Yes
🤩👍👍
Good morning,
I've seen this type of wooden mold several times, so I searched for them on the Internet without success. Can you tell me if these are your manufacture If not the case where you take them. THANKS
I made the mold myself.

The guide on choosing the right type of leather is really helpful. Thanks to you, I have learned more about the characteristics of different leathers and how they affect the final product
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful work!
Thank you very much!
Have also got a chance to improve on my skills
Beautiful work, as usual. Transformed from "pocket" knife to jackknife. 😊
