The Model S is probably imo the best value on this list but anything on this list but the GLE is a great choice, the GLE will fall apart quickly if it hasn’t already, get a X5, X7, Q8, or Cayenne instead if you are looking at GLEs
Unless you have deep pockets for repairs, Lexus should be top choice for used luxury. With their recent poor reliability, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes are all cars to lease and dump when the lease expires.
I bought a used Lexus Es 350 F-Sport and got a GREAT deal during Covid and right when ALL CAR prices were starting to blow up. I get a few compliments and am happy with it. BUT I was really wanting the LS 500 and they were just staring to depreciate BUT prices blew up and sent it back at the same price MSRP for a new one
If you want a 6-cylinder, get the Q8, if you are okay with a 4-cylinder, the Q7 is a good choice if you find one for a great price, just don’t use the 3rd row as it’s useless
Look at secondhand BMW M340is, they are really fun to drive, decently comfortable, surprisingly reliable, luxurious, come with great tech (regardless of weather it’s a pre-LCI or LCI), and they have decent room for a small car, you can get it either with RWD or AWD
A newer MDX with the N/A V6 is a great choice if you want luxury and reliability but they are still a bit expensive on the used market relative to certain competitors, my parents have a 2023 MDX Advance (non Type-S) and we love it

You should do a reliability version of this with only reliable luxury vehicles that you can get for this price range.

Unless you need the third row, skip the Q7 and find a Q8 for a couple thousand more! So much better...

I've been shopping for a used enthusiast car around 50k and will definitely research some of these cars. Thanks

Great choice on the purchase of the X7.
Can you do a video on cheap German luxury cars for students please we miss the series
I second this
Personally, I would choose the X5 over the X7 mostly because I don't need that third row.
Audi one of the MOST expensive vehicles to repair
I’m excited for anther video on the same topic
Where you get those prices
good list of cars, I think Toyota Avalon should be on this list but to each his own.
Which engine did you pick for X7, Trav?
Already bought an X7 🔥
The ls500 not reliable tho
Don't forget Acura!

Taycan ?
Mercedes GLE is too unreliable and poorly-built to belong on this list, I agree fully with the rest of the picks
You were going good till you put a piece of crap EV on your list. Nobody that knows anything about cars will buy a EV
$40,000 used cars? Lol.🎉😂
except lexus the rest are garbage
❤
BMW reliable no freak way
Never but never buy a used Audi
Why?
