I’d say in lyrics, absolutely better, in terms of beats, on par, but in terms of visuals, or sometimes flow and va, doesn’t always hit for me.
Jack says he’ll send the rest of the Guardians to the afterlife and suggests that Peter ask Rocket to say hi to Yondu when they meet up
Freshy Kanal has some good battles. Besides this one, I also like Doctor Strange vs Doctor Who and Daenerys vs Wonder Woman. Also Flash vs Sonic
Robin Hood vs guy fawkes and Santa vs satan imo are the best for new freshy viewers

Plus there are 5 Pirates movies. And Jack was marooned at least once (probably more)
The Barbossa bar also refers to Rocket constantly stealing prosthetic limbs from people
The golden guy with the eyebrows is a reference to Adam Warlock from the third movie. You’ll get it when you see it
The “off and on again captain” refers to how Jack keeps losing command of the Pearl in the movies
The sea shanty is my favorite part of this battle
