      Not really. Devon is his example but his videos are about the details in arm wrestling

      I mean Devon is the onky guy who has sp much videos about explainig his part of training. we dont know how denis,ermes or other armwrestling guys train directly. but we know how Devon trains literally for every opponent becuse he was posting so much about it

    you are clearly very good at understanding anatomy and biomechanics. Devons style is very unique and its internesting to hear the analysis you give. I'm a sports performance and rehab specialist and i've just started training for arm wrestling.
    It would be super helpful if you also made videos on someone with a different style, maybe like daniel procupcic. On his channel he explains things in detail on the vectors and how he trains. An analysis on what specific strengths he has developed because of the specificity of his training would really help people like me understand what vectors to train and how. For example, even with all my knowledge about the anatomy and mecahnics, its still quite complex to figure out how much the brachioradialis is contriburing to pronation at various elbow flexion angles vs pronator teres/quadratus.
    Thanks for the content. Love the videos.

      @@armsport128 makes complete sense. Definitely the right way to grow your channel. Keep it up dude. This is right now the only channel that explains arm wrestling mechanics with a ‘complex things made simple’ approach.
      What’s your take on hand training. Multiple times a day? Robust tendons and neuromuscular activity need high volume loads. Decreased blood cell count in the forearms also means training frequency needs to be much higher. Etc etc…
      And finally. I’m still trying to grasp the concept of hand extensors vs flexors for arm wrestling. I currently see it on the surface as retraining neuromuscular patterns to use your hand without much involvement of the extensors.
      Thanks a ton 🙌🏼

    been doing rising and cupping training for 3 months now and it really helped my pronation and movement in table and it also increase my endurance

    is training singles + rehab all day everyday (like Devon does) better than training 1 hour per day working some muscles and next days different muscles (like irakli does) ? and why?

    • @armsport128
      @armsport128  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      I prefer a combination of both.

    • @Day-ZDuke
      @Day-ZDuke 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Devon trains the way he does, due to his age / accumulation of damage to his system over the years. His body likely would not handle training the way Irakli does very well, Devon would be more likely to injure himself
      As ArmSport suggested, a combination of both is probably best, favouring one or the other more depending on your condition / what you are preparing for / what your goal is

    Devon trains a reverse karate chop motion essentially. It's entirely offensive to break through somebody's hand attack the thing is if they're cupping is stronger than your pronation then your riser doesn't matter because your hand is going to get turned. Attacking with riser is a make or break. You'll either have everything or nothing.

    • @Dmgolfer22
      @Dmgolfer22 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not exactly. In straps a strong post and rise through the strap will crack a strong cup without pronation being the main factor. Devon needs straps for his style.

    • @nickd.7267
      @nickd.7267 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Dmgolfer22Yeah, cause if finger flexion and cupping dies t work that strap is your key to a riser attack lol. I was really hoping Levan wasn't smart enough to press.

    • @Dmgolfer22
      @Dmgolfer22 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@nickd.7267 yeah I need strap for my style too. I post and rise through the strap then cup and pronate. Without strap I’m not as good and get turned in easier.
