I don't even arm wrestle but videos like this changed how I train anyway. A lot more palms down curls and using judo belt for some lifts = way stronger hands and bigger upper arm even. It really does wonders. Regular body builders don't train arms as well as arm wrestlers. Those forearm muscles can be seen even without low BF ... makes a difference in your shape.
