i agree with most stuff but fuck twitch drops, and fuck web events. i dont wanna be forced to watch any CC for limited stuff, and wtf is twitch for people across the globe? youtube drops? bilibili drops? facebook drops? watch an ad and gain 20 waveplates? nah, lemme waste my time in game as i wish

People are forgetting that We have gliders instead of wings, if u play fortnite u know how crazy some gliders can be and u notice is just the same animation, I cant wait to see different gliders that could be a huge event reward or even selling in the shop

I think the echo system needs an overhaul, there is no point to them adding low cost echoes if theyre gonna make the 4 costs so much more powerful.
Adding the other echo slots to other triggers(when countering, when knocked down, when idle, on parry, start of combat, so on so forth), they could also get ahead of the competition and let us outright have some smaller echoes as full blown companions, something along those lines would be the best overhauls
At the very least let us switch the equipped echoes out of the menus, or maybe just a choice of an in combat out of combat slot so we can actually use a utility echo occasionally.
They get zero use too quickly and seeing new useless echoes made was somewhat disheartening.

I kinda disagree on the holo fights being a one and done thing. I basically play solely to fight those. They are fun. The gameplay itself is the reward to me.
Now I won’t complain about getting more mats from them, but any reward they tie to them is either going to be insignificant, or required to farm.
Most gacha games don’t have meaningful gameplay besides progression, and it’s usually so time gated that it takes 5mins and then you have nothing to do.
The holos give me a reason to stay in the game. So long as they polish the bugs out, and add new holos in from time to time, I’ll be happy.

Tbh the system for Phantoms before wasn't very good either, them just being an echo instead of a skin is 100% worst. I don't know why you want them to be that special...

I think Kuro is a little bit lost, they said that with the increase of the Echo Bank to 21 the drop of legendary echo will reach 100% but then that makes the Data Merge useless... The Data Merge of 5 legendary echos should give at least some xp and tuners
Not really since you can still get garbage echo with the wrong element in 3 cost, HP DEF mainstats echo in 1 cost (for DPS). Just because it's 100% gold, doesn't mean you will get the correct mainstats every time.

They will never do that. You can farm echoes infinitely in this game. the whole point is to prevent you from advancing / getting god rolls too fast.
And dude, Genshin and HSR are the same, just different methods of timegating you. You spend resin to get Artifacts, which then you can use as EXP to upgrade other artifacts. In WuWa, you farm echoes and then use waveplates to get EXP. Atleast in WuWa you can farm echoes with the correct mainstats cause it's not tied to stamina.
Data merge is pretty useful though, what are you on about?
Increase the Asterite rewards you get from daily commissions to 70, so that way, you're guaranteed 160 Asterite a day when you pair it with the monthly subscription.
Imagine if they really did a prophunt stuff but you can parry/perfect dodge the hunters XD
That could work, but if you're up against someone that's cracked at parry and perfect dodge, it might not be fun for the hunters
Yeah. Having my camera aimed at a unit right in front of me while my character keeps trying to hit an enemy they're randomly locked on to 50 feet behind me is so fking annoying.
Edit: Also, having to spend 60 waveplates on the boss enemies is nuts. Most other games have that at 30-40. 60 is fine for the tacet fields I guess.
That camera might be making this game combat feel way worse than it should be if they don't fix it early enough. The reason for the camera being so fucked is because they set the auto target system TOO FAR and the time it target also too long, and worst of all, they're random in a set range. Meaning, after you take down 1 minion, because the range is too wide AND it's also random, it will pick the random target in the area which make you feel like a lot of the time you can't really target the minion you want to fight when it should be the closest one, that would mess up your plan of clearing any room of mob that has multiple minions and you don't have AOE.
There are few things I want in WuWa:
- Please don't re-release the same character with a different skin
- Please make a skin shop at the same level as you did in PGR
- (Optional) If you want to humiliate GI, HSR, and other games, recreate the mechanic of earning slightly improved skins as the character's level increases, just like in PGR

It would be great if they had raid bosses that you did with other players by signing up at a tower or something. EARNABLE OUTFITS FOR ROVER IN GAME!
I quit NIKKE because of the skin gachas; I knew I'd be spending the full amount every time and it just felt so scummy. I'll pay 20-25 maybe even 30!! upfront for a skin I REALLY love, but gachas for them will genuinely make me drop a game
Heavy on the 1/8196 shiny odds. Skins should be paid but affordable. No riot games shit. Pancit fields either need to give more sealed tubes and tuners OR lower the waveplate cost. I'm for the former.

1.don’t worry there WILL be skins but…maybe not until 1st rerun cuz Kuro really GOOD at skin
2.boring event is to be expected but once Kuro add more end game and more permanent refresh mode in the future these boring event kinda…fade into the shadow in the back of our mind(which it shouldn’t so yeah 1 point to be taken here)
one thing I can think of is “raid boss rush” and “war point taken,defense and advance” event in terms of of fun coop event which is fit to Wuwa theme

4.yeah phantom echo NEEDED to be rework
here’s some proposition…
- guaranteed preferable substat upon absorbing maybe just 1 to not break the game
- more preferable approach to give unique echo effect entirely to them for example summon flying spin turtle attack and upon landing on the ground give heal&taunt effect for a duration=showtime for my shiny

The game is great, and with Kuro i believe there is hope, as PGR is quite the great game for people who actually enjoy a challenge, and they are not predatory as a company

I will say I do have confident hopeium in WuWas story for the simple reason that I have seen the story of PGR from the start up to Bambinata. And the story has only improved since. They clearly understood their mistakes and where to look at. Now, it is told as a visual novel since its not a Openworld game and that can be quite off putting (also doesn't help a node of cutscenes can be like over 20 min at times, there is a skip button though). In a general sense, I am playing WuWa as a pure casual who will log on only a few times per few weeks due to a burn out on gacha games (that PGR grind was real real). I am glad with what they have done with the game, but things like the echo system and holograms being the only real endgame rn is annoying asf. Wish they had something like the PPC from PGR or a boss rush as mentioned. Cause that shit would be fun as hell.
Can confirm that my acne has drastically improved ever since I subscribed to Hex Juice, I now don't need to wear a mask every time I go out in public!
Unfortunately I've also needed to relearn how to walk, however I think the tradeoff is worth it!
Overall 10/10, would recommend!

Cause for end game base illusive realm and base tower of adversity isn’t enough I still think hsr is the only gacha game that has so many amazing end game options
i still think they have to add more endgame content to the game, specially about the combat since most of the players who play this game enjoy the combat, and i think they have to do something with 3 cost echos, its very hard to farm them and since its a gacha game so most of the ppl are casual, i dont think they will have time to farm these

there's actually a trial where they learn you to dodge and get some astrite! it is in menu where all obtained characters trials are ❤
if they are gonna put skins in the game i think they will time it when theres a special day maybe? like for example easter egg and then they will put a sale for a maybe cosplay skins like bunny suits or look goofy with an egg shell skin just like what TOF do but their skins are gacha too so its kinda meh but if u got lucky u get the skin by 1 pull only using the 5 pcs pull they give for free every event.

I had a laugh about the shiny thing. Since she brought up Pokemon. You can get a Shiny DuoDuo but you're still never going to pull it out lol. You know how full Bill's Pc was of shiny or 1 time caught Pokemon? I think the system just needs to be scrapped entirely.
I think you should be able to fuse some of the 3 and 1 costs echos to up the scaling on their abilities. Imagine you can fuse 5 dupes of a 3 or 1 cost echo of the same rarity into one. This could also help with the fact everyone has tons of echos then to actually use.

5:05 an event where you learn to parry and dodge.... I don't think that would be an "event" especially that should've stayed in tutorial phase and if you want to practice dodging and parrying there's one in the guide book it's on the third category that says "basic training" and just pick "dodge" option it's a tutorial space that you can visit anytime.
12:20 appreciating the lock button and yet looking for a trash button.... there's trash button at the bag option just on the lower left of the echo details right below the chirpuff echo what exactly are you looking for?
12:34 you zoomed in on your model it's clear as day that there is a trash button right there bellow the chirpuff echo I don't know what kind of trash button you are looking for but there is that button.
For datamerge, if you apply a filter like "main stat hp% and def%" it will only take from that list when auto selecting
And for elemental, I lock echoes that have matching element/set so I trash the rest
Having skins in the game would be great. However they also need to be worth the money as well.
They need to have significant changes to be worth it. Changes like sound effects, visuals, voice lines, and even how Liberations look.
I don’t think a $30 price tag, or however much, would be worth it for a coat of paint imo.
I’d like to see an Echo system load out. These supports and sub-DPS have one or two sets they can go for. I think this helpful especially towards Rover. It’s already a bit bothersome having to change type and then go in and change Echo sets for them.
question... can the history of a gacha game be re-done after its already out? i mean iknow the think that they cant buff or nerfs the characters because you pay for them. but what about the other things?

well i dont think that they will drastically change game. Its still will be open world game, with new regions, new puzzles, new characters etc. its not going anywhere. but they indeed can add more content, like they have in pgr boss challenges, punishing cages and other.
on event side, well i dont expect anything crazy. maybe there will be something interesting sometimes, but mostly its still be evenst in sake just give rewards.
These are all great points. I can't remember exactly what I suggested in the survey, but most of it was no brainer stuff, like little fixes here and there for minor things I encountered. I think this game will live and die by its daily experience and where the story goes. One of those things can be fixed by actually making multiplayer worth doing. The thing about WuWa is it feels like they gave up a niche for appeal, and I'd also like to see more complicated and out of the box kits, but watching Rexlent's stream yesterday, he brought up a good point. PGR can do that, because of how the core of the game is designed. WuWa will have a much harder time with this. While I basically want an open world PGR, orbs and all, I acknowledge that WuWa is a different game and it's still amazing. PGR is special *because* it's niche. WuWa will die if it niches down too much. PGR is a game that most people have never heard about, WuWa is everywhere. I want an open world PGR, but Kuro needs profits for once.
As a side note, as a half joke, I suggested that Kuro add Lucia in any form to the game, even if that form is Lotus. This was a greedy ask, I know, but screw the lore. Kuro, add Hyperdawn to the game. Screw the limits. Go into the hype. I need this. This isn't a gameplay thing. I may be coping with the fact that Global is one year behind CN and I won't get the actual best character for a year. I don't care. Add. Lucia. To. WuWa.
Skins w no gatcha, new glider skins/placement (waist, feet, back) don’t like the hanging.. toggle to keep weapon out (just to flex) an actual double jump AND shorter grapple cooldown, bigger parry timeframe window, better warning/screen effect for attacks coming from behind (spidey sense) 3 consecutive dodges instead of 2 (cause I have no skills and lots of issues) co-op the world and weekly bosses (can’t do character mat bosses in co-op) and please add mobile controller support already

Honestly the future of wuthering looks so bright. It's flaws are things that can be pretty easily fixed in over the next couple of months.
On the skin/outfit situations Kuro games in PGR did a great job and I honestly I refuse tonput money on gacha / gambling but if I pay for something that I'm sure to get I'm !

But yeah, I agree with pretty much everything in the video, except maybe the overhaul of the story. It’s a bit much to ask.
I think that, if they’re gonna do that, then they should also let us rewatch the story, which also entails more work for them.
I personally just expect the timing ( there are dialogues that get cut off during cutscenes ), the voice acting ( not so much the voice themselves, but their tone, as Rover feels perpetually monotonous and Yangyang perpetually soft. I actually don’t mind Chixia ), and the text ( some are cut off and cannot be scrolled down and others do not match what’s been said by the characters ) to be fixed.
Most issues will be solved with just these, in my opinion.
Overall I would give wuwa a 7/10 it has great bones and great foundation for a good game but it has a lot of issues a lot of issues but I am hopeful cause the devs have been incredibly receptive and are actually listening for right now hsr is my main gacha game it has everything for me good story characters very generous rewards great end game content every patch feels better than the last I don’t think any other gacha game for me has come close and I’m not a hoyoverse shill I hate genshin but I love hsr and I hope that in the future wuthering waves can continue too improve things I want the most expansions too illusive realm a boss rush mode like hsr just dropped but with that kuro games spin on it more unique and different end game modes besides tower of adversity the echo system it’s still a massive fucking grind and worse that genshin and star rail even with the improvements and that’s really it if they fix all that and add all that oh and improve the story then we’re good this game will continue too prosper and get better if that’s the case
Well I'd say WW is good attracting normal gamers. Me. I'm coming from monster hunter, nioh, nier, etc. My last gacha games is genshin. Play for 3 months since launch and got no 5 stars so I quit, back to MHR. Agree with echo loadout, it makes monster hunter friendly for people that makes many kind of build.
Even Honkai impact had great skins that even change attack vfx. Genshin literally devolved the standard for skins, and now HSR is going the head-dent route of somehow still not having any over a year in. WuWa, please do better than this!

There's a well known Game called Destiny 2 titled FREE To PLAY but you can't enjoy the whole Game unless you spend the money and there is a Game called Warframe which entitled the real FREE To PLAY experience and so enjoy to play you will willing Spend time and Money to the game.

The game is having a huge resources issues...like the shell credit requirement is very high
Edit : another thing I want but no one is talking about..in co op I want a indicator of other players on the minimap to locate their location easy...sometimes it gets frustrating to search for other players thoughtout the map

I did a rank 4 hologram after doing my first clear and I got 3 3-cost echos and a 4-cost
Idk what the min/max rewards are from repeat runs, but besides the lack of echo EXP (across the whole game), thats a pretty nice reason to repeat

For sure the events are doo doo but free currency
world boss raid in ww very ez to make, just creat an event where you fight with supper hard boss, you can solo it or invite friend join you to 3 some or 4 some it, every time you get reward from defeat it the total world heal of that boss will reduce, make the heal bar about 1000 billion hp and set the event in 2 week, you defeat the boss you earn reward for free (if you can defeat it) the key here make the boss supper strong

They should do like the boss rush mode hsr put out apocalyptic shadow that is a really good really fun mode

Yep. Pgr skins are the highest quality I have ever seen. So i think you can have some exception about skins.

i think its a little Early to be asking for skins, now i agree skins would be amazing but we have to be real here XD. But whos to say maybe they will be nice and Release a skin per patch, who knows. Also they mentioned in the In-game announcement that we are getting 2 new Phantoms, the Lightcrusher, and the Clang Bang, Problem being if the spawns are static. v_v. I wonder if what they could do for the Echo exp is just make the Echo Exp Simulation Training that you get to do once for the Echo Intro Quest but make it permanent instead of a 1 time thing, cause with that instead of getting Echos and Exp like the Tacet field you just get the Echo tubes and no Echos, and it costs 40 Plates instead of 60.

No, no it cannot. This game will never be as good as HSR. Then contextualize that around the fact the devs are incompetent and have no idea what they're doing. WuWa is a disgrace to the gacha market.
