Awesome video that really helps. I hate running due to aches and pain from injuries and because it's so damn hard, but that's why I still do it at least once every few weeks. Weight training and just about every other form of cardio exercise are very enjoyable and I do them literally every day to stay happy, fit an healthy, however I always learn the most and garner the greatest rewards from my occasional and very slow runs. Fitness, focus and friendships. Nice summary, I’d probably agree. One rule I try to apply is, when you don’t feel like going out for a run, ride, swim, whatever - that’s when you must - because you know you’ll thank yourself later. I don’t run every day but I exercise every day. Just returned from a 20 K mtb ride, procrastinated for an hour, but then went✅
