The finale has begun! We can't wait for you guys to see our reactions to the final 2 episodes next week! We're currently loving Korra over on Patreon if you'd like to get those early full reactions patreon.com/CaraPrez , it's the best way to support what we love doing here for you guys😊
zuko is the soldier boy who came marching home. when zuko asked, BEGGED, his father for mercy and forgiveness, he was given a scar. When he asked iroh for forgiveness, he was given a hug, without hesitation. iroh is the goat.
The "how can you forgive me so easily!?" was Zuko's trauma talking, and that moment I'd like to believe that his trauma healed; that it's okay to be vulnerable.
“A true mind can weather all lies and illusions without being lost. A true heart can toughen the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void, but always yields to purifying light.” The short time the lion turtle had in this episode has always been the most meaningful moment for me in this entire show. I think it perfectly encapsulates everything aang is going through, and it can perfectly translate into our real lives. We witness people lying, we witness the hatred in others, but only if our hearts and mind are true to ourselves will we be able to witness, experience, and suffer from their hatred and lies but come out unharmed. It speaks to being true to yourself. Understanding everyone has their own reality as well as yours. Opening your mind but do not let it change your reality if you feel it impacts your sense of self. Beautiful quote, incredibly deep for a kids show.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: the scene of Iroh and Zuko reuniting is one of the best in all of television. The buildup and payoff is done perfectly, the music adds so much, and it’s so powerful and relevant to see two male characters showing such grace and affection for one another when society teaches boys to bottle things up. 11/10 utter perfection
I love how casual the group was when Aang was attacked by Zuko. Just a few episodes ago, Katarra threatened to end Zuko for doing that. Shows how they trust him
Avatar Yangchen’s wisdom is the most interesting to me. She believes, as Aang does, that all life is sacred and that the taking of life is morally wrong. Yet she still counsels him that ending Ozai’s is necessary for the world to balance itself. Despite popular opinion, a wrong can make a right. Being bound to one set of morals and ethics limits and constraints your actions, and becomes just another weapon to be used against you.
This show is so amazing, down to the tiny details. The chanting Cara asked about that plays around the Lion Turtle is a real Buddhist mantra: "Namo amituofo (shin di)" (chanted like Na-Mo-A-Mi-Tuo-Fo-Shin-Di here) that roughly translates to "I bow to infinite light"
The area in which the final showdown happens between the firelord and aang is called The Stone Forest, which is also the area in which Omah unleashed all her power of earthbending when her lover Shu was killed in battle. The city of Omashu isnt too far from this place.
8:37 a couple seasons ago the team would have rolled their eyes at Sokka and walked away. Now when Sokka gives a plan, they all sit down and listen seriously. Sokka has long since proven his worth as a strategist and leader.
Even though each Avatar has their clear bias and we get a feeling that they all would kill Ozai, they were intentionally ambiguous, some less than others. At the end of the day, this is Aang's story and his choice that he has to stand by as The Avatar, there's no running or hiding anymore.
“Be decisive. Only justice will bring peace. You must actively shape your own destiny and the destiny of the world. Selfless duty calls you to sacrifice your own spiritual needs and do whatever it takes to protect the world. “. Once you’ve set your mind to keeping justice in your way don’t back away from it even if the way will need to be against what you believe. That’s what the avatars mean.
I like to think that if Katara did heal Zuko, he would have sided with team avatar during that fight. Would aang still have died? Likely, but I think it would be less likely since a 2 v 2 would become a 3 v 1
They said at the beginning that they’re doing Korra, at least season one to see how she likes it. Prez had seen it all and loved it, so I feel like he will encourage her 😂
Yep we mentioned it before but here's the idea, We'll most likely play catch up once the first 8 eps go live then join weekly watching for the second half of the season

DAMN. Your comment made me bawl my eyes out. (I came to read it as Iroh's scene starts and Zuko calls him "Uncle")
Crying wasn't in my plan tonight.

Field trip with Zuko truly changing people's lives in a good way

“You can’t treat me like this. You can treat me like Zuko.” Her biggest fear is being cast aside cuz she didn’t measure up to an imaginary standard.

So excited for the final episode!! It’s been a incredible journey with you guys, just loved the react of this series 💕
Cara (as Momo): "Poison". 🤣🤣

Jun is Toph spiritual mother 😂
Love the moustache + beard lengths you got going on there
A+
"Chat shit, get banged"? Damn, that's awful.
"Talk shit, get hit" all day.

speaking of cara cosplaying azula, she kinda looks like the live action avatar show AZULA
She actually looks more like Azula than the live action girl does
@@ApacoTaco22 i think they both look beautiful
'darkness thrives in the void. but always yields to purifying light' they made a whole arc to explain this is not a metaphor
12:18 I’ve never seen a reactor give a reaction closer to Katara’s here before 😂
Love from india ❤
Happy diwali it's a festival of india
Just imagine katara used the spirt water on zukos scar just to not get rid of the scar and we know that cuz Aang still has his scare
It would mainly heal the ongoing pain from the scar itself. There's a video on how his scar causes him ongoing pain
@ yea but the main point was to make it so wasn’t there but it would be still there and aang would’ve died
I like to think that if Katara did heal Zuko, he would have sided with team avatar during that fight. Would aang still have died? Likely, but I think it would be less likely since a 2 v 2 would become a 3 v 1
All hail melon lord the strongest character
azula fire bends as lightning bending. same fingers, that maybe why her fire is blue like lightning?
A massive turtle?? Torterra....is this you!!??
😂
OMG I'm so excited for next week!!!
We create new final bos..!! Melonlord..!! 🍉🍉👹👹
My burning question: What happened to the ball cap? 🙂
LESSGO.. can't wait for y'all reaction to the legend of Korra 🔥
saamee
Please watch My Hero Academia next!
Can’t wait for u guys to watch a he movie.
Lmao!
🤣
Please do Korra after this 🥺🙏
They don't even need to do the full series, just the first episode to test the waters!
They said at the beginning that they’re doing Korra, at least season one to see how she likes it. Prez had seen it all and loved it, so I feel like he will encourage her 😂
Any chance you guys will watch Re: Zero season 3?
Yep we mentioned it before but here's the idea,

@@CaraPrezReacts Thanks for responding! I enjoyed your Re:Zero reactions a lot. I'm looking forward to it!!

Cara is the only reactor I’ve seen to recognize the other masters when they first appear. Most reactors only recognize Bumi.
Day 5 of asking you to react to Lord Of The Mysteries anime trailers. You won’t regret it! 👀
Fun fact Azula was supposed to have an arranged marriage in season 3 and that would lead to her breakdown
