Soooo glad to see they fixed it. I love the old one and this just seems to take it to the next level. Great showcase!
😁👍 yeah I'm happy that they fixed it as well seeing that is a good printer for sure.
I've got the Max 3, had a bumpy start but amazing tech support and going nicely after a week
Did they do a rework of the max like they did with the plus? Or is the max more reliable out of the box and you just got a bad apple?
I have read that qidi fixed their slicer problem with cura and they switched over to prusa slicer and now naming it qidi slicer with some cosmetic changes and that should work? So is the slicer you have tested still based on cura or does the "new" qidi slice even with prusa inside still makes problems?
It looks like the one that I used is the old slicer. I'm downloading the new slicer now to check it out.
Hey mate what temperature did you print the skull with in that starry sky filament? Im getting a lot of stringing with that filament. I haven't tried to print the skull yet but was printing a bolt and nut as a test before the giant skull.
I honestly don't know 😅 I used whatever the default setting was for PLA in Orca slicer
Did you ever figure this out because im having trouble getting the sweet spot with this exact filament, print, and printer
Default PLA settings in Orca slicer with the lip off the printer.
Great video, Thank you!
Thanks 😊
How was the bed leveling? Is it manual or auto?
Its auto bed leveling and you just adjust the Z offset
Hey Randy, what's your opinion for the best printers under $1000 CAD (with tax)?
That will depend what materials and print size you need for that you are making.
@@randymay Right right, what are your thoughts on the Bambu Lab P1P? I think the most complex builds I will be doing is just PLA and they're like at most a ft x ft x ft build volume
I like the P1P and I have 3 of them actually. For the most part it really just works out of the box and makes quick along with high quality prints. You can also add an enclosure to it later on if you like and use the 4 color AMS setup too. I have a video about the X1C that I talk about the P1P in.

Love your videos but this one tbh the whole video sounded like you just wanted to get done with it and posted
I'm happy to hear that you like my videos and you're not wrong about thinking I just wanted to get the video done lol. Don't get me I do think this is a good printer and I do actually like and suggest it.
My problem is more on my end and having a list of products to get done and I'm really getting burned out doing review after review. A lot of the time it's like doing the same thing over and over again. So right now I'm just trying to get the videos done and out so I can work on doing some projects that I want to do. I hope that makes sense.
The content that I want to make is showing how to use all these cool tools to actually make stuff. I can't do that with every new product due to how long it takes to design and make a new product along with filming and editing.
Did they not realize how close the name is to Shitty Tech?
Lol that's funny
City wok
@@ilikecringe lol yes
@@ilikecringe Hey! Fack yu mongorians
Auto z offset, auto flow calibration all missing but on other printers
Yeah sure but it is still a good printer for the price point.
