I am 41, in order to create EE profile under FSW program, I need CLB 8 to reach 67 (in my case I reach 69), which in IELTS is List 7.5 and others 6.5. My question is if it is possible with listening 7 or even 6.5 to reach CLB 8? Because with that I get 4*5=20 points and even get 2 extra points.) Thank you in advance))

You should make the profile to fight the tie breaker.
Anyway, I suggest you re appear in IELTS ASAP.

You need atleast a CLB 9 to stand a chance. That is, 8 bands in listening.

And, apply for an EOR in both speaking and writing.
