Got 8 overall in December 17, 2022 ielts exam. I followed your writing videos and got 7.5 in writing. I want to add that I was actually hesistant in following your ideas such as no intro line, no 'this essay will explain'... because EVERYONE guides to write these so not following the suit seemed risky to me. However, the risk was worth it and I did exactly what you tell in your videos (no intro, no this essay will explain and solid examples...) and got 7.5 in W. I am grateful for your guidance. Thankyou!

Hi Chris, I took the IELTS last June 3, 2020. I was stuck at 6.5 for a long time, and because of your video, I was able to score 7. Thank you so much! You are correct in so many ways! It's not really about using sophisticated vocabulary or having complex ideas but how you really understand, plan about what you're going to write, and make sure you've expressed your opinions clearly (coherence).
I was so frustrated about multiple confusing guidelines provided across the internet and coaching centres as well. This really makes scene to me , thank you and hope so to get a good score this time

I have been checking different channel on TH-cam, but believe me your are one of a kind, thank you for teaching us and thank you for making all these lessons so simple and understandable.
Yes, just keep it simple if you want the reader to understand what you are trying to say in your written essay, as well as a simple and approachable structure that should keep in mind at all times. Remember the Golden Rule: don’t overdo yourself. You will most likely to lose later. This is the best technique I’ve watched so far!
