      I love the small burials/placques etc of the Queen's corgi's at windsor. Adorable

    After seeing this tour, I can now understand why Bram Stoker picked Highgate as a scene in the book Dracula. Spending a night looking for a vampire in that setting would give anyone weak knees.

    Star Wars Denis Lawson buried his wife Sheila Gish here 2005. She died of cancer and his step-daughter, Lou died of cancer 2006.

    I'm curious about how they do the burials and install monuments here. It doesn't seem like you would be able to get heavy equipment in such tight spaces.

      its SMALL equipment. My nephew did that for the famous Westwood Cemetery (of the famous!) and he used his SMALL back hoe.

      When I was there in 2019 I saw two cemetery workers with a small digger and a couple shovels getting a plot ready on the east side.

    I'm visiting here in 5 weeks time, can you tell me how to get to the Rossetti family area please? that's where i want to visit...It's going to be impossible foe me to visit the entire grounds, thank you

    I guess people who bury their loved ones there have to pay just to get in to visit their own family members graves. Assuming that's how it works because you have to buy tickets online as a visitor. But anyways, good video!

      There are family passes for relatives to use. I have a friend buried there and do not have to pay entry, I am given the pass by his family member.

    The horse monument was the Atcheler family they were horse slayers to Queen Victoria.

    A lovely cemetery full of character . I do disagree with you about Marx . There were far worse people in the world .
