I love that water filter too. I've used that type for many years, filtering many gallons of water, and I have never had giardia issues. They also fill bottles really quick. I need to replace my filter cartridge soon though because it's starting to get harder to pump. I use the thing every week multiple times.
Shopping with Amani! Anything to help! Seriously, remind your viewer when you buy a new or replace something that you drove over or lost on the trail from your sponsores, remind us that you have the sponsor links. Also, create a list of your items used in the video. For example, we are looking for good, comfortable backpacks for day trips and overnight.
Not bad ideas at all. I get so many emails from these companies declaring huge sales going on but I don't mention it. I think I have brought up enough the links enough to the point where if people want to explore them they will. One of my biggest challenges id to get viewers to go to my playlists to gain the full benefit of the information and entertainment on them. My goal is to get people to take in the information comprehensively. For example, they can find a lake that interests them, then see what the hike is like, get ideas on how to catch fish once they get there, obtain safety advice for the journey, and then go to my links and buy the gear and tackle they need. I'm trying to build a one stop shop here!
Thank you for getting back to me and giving me an explanation. I can't unsubcribe.and feel good bout myself I enjoy watching your show every week so keep up the good work thank for what you do maybe someday we will cross paths😊
Right on. Thank you. I'm not into shopping at REI myself. I added the link because I I know a lot of my viewers probably like it. If they are comparison shopping I doubt they will find the best prices at REI! I could be wrong. I haven't shopped there in over a decade and before that I barely did so I couldn't say anything about their current pricing. They do have quality. Can't dispute that. I like Bass Pro Shops myself. Glad to have you as a viewer. I have hundreds of videos across my channel playlists and I plan to continue until I have hundreds more. There are a lot more trails, lakes, and rivers to explore!
There are a lot of sales. I get emails announcing them all of the time I just don't bring it up. I figure if people want to shop around on those links they will.
You're unsubscribing because you don't like REI? It's just a link you can choose to use or not to use. It's completely unconditional. That's is a strange reaction and a little funny. I don't shop there either and when I was a catalog model they stopped using me on shoots without explanation after them being a regular client of mine. So what. The link is about more options for my viewers. No need to apologize for whatever that reaction is. So long.
Best of Luck! Love the Hiker Water filter! And I do shop REI when the sales are on.

Lifetime REI member thanks.
Right on. I've done some shopping there in my day.
REI is a great place to shop for outdoor goods. Lifetine member!
They certainly have tons of stuff. I never heard of Scheels until I moved to Reno. That is a monster sporting goods store.
Good idea
