Hi, I wanted to put a hard top body on my scx10iii and notice that the base of the chassis is a tiny bit shorter, do i really need to purchase longer links. or can i just extend a slot in step F6?
You can see if they make longer rod-ends. I don't remember if there is a slot for both the lower and upper links, but they should probably moved together to keep the geometry as well as a rear axle that isn't tilted awkwardly. Personally, I'd just get longer links or rod-ends.
How do you know if the driveshaft is in phase since these aren't u-joints? Great video, Thanks!
Just make sure the joints at both ends swivel on the same direction. Match the way they bend on both ends.
Wish it wasnt so sped up
Noted, what parts in particular were you interested in seeing?
Suspension and axles but i watched it about 8 times and finally got it just small parts would be nice to slow down a bit

Thanks for the video, where did you get your tap from?
I ended up not using a tap. What I did was I used the black grease and squirted it into the hole, then I threaded the screw in. It works!
great build and video
Thanks 👍
