@@hazza123live Its a tradition in Mostar its been that way for some 400-500 years.They get on the bridge and some will jump for the trill,some do it for show,some for making money of the tourists and so on.The sad part is a lot of people have died diving from this bridge mostly tourists who think they can handle it.Last year an American man jumped and died on impact sadly as did others.Bosnia is not like most countries that ban tourists from doing things like this in their country because of bad press.Everywhere locals go,do,climb,explore,so can any other tourist with or without a guide and thats what makes everyone happy.Your free to do what ever you want ..There is a smaller diving place right next to this one that the locals and kids use to dive and tourists should go there and not jump of this one..Greetings to all from bOSNIA
@@damirbato5686 yes I do actually recall other people jumping in some local and had the exact same technique going in as what I presume a professional I did see one person do a pencil and needed help coming out but was fine at the time I couldn't understand the commotion as I was 14 and a different language but no one was hurt badly

I once jumped off a high spot into the water, about 25 feet. It was like I was shooting down a shaft of light, I could hardly see out of it. Did not do it twice.
I wonder how they put those wooden stairs connected all together up to the top of those rock. All 11 locations are the best, it gives me adrenaline rush while watching.
I’ve been to that Sanote in the Yucatán peninsula and Dove at the highest point. One thing they don’t tell you though before you jump in is that the whole is full of fish that are basically hungry as hell. The moment you jump in they swim over to you as fast as they can and they start eating your skin. It feels like millions of little tickles happening all over your body. Of course once you start swimming to the edge there’s not as many of them but the moment you sit still they rush all around your body. I was kind of hoping that they would’ve mentioned that. I think the hole is something like 150 feet deep so it’s really freaky and scary. The water is silky smooth and it makes your hair and skin feel nice.
I counted over 4 seconds of fall from the jump to water at the quarry in Virginia ... anybody know about how high that was ??? ... what I do know is the 75' jump was way much farther below this rim jump ... no dive just straight tight feet first , and perfect entry , whew !!! ... those down below in the water looked like teeny tiny little dots , something like the periods on this keyboard ...
