Very well demonstrated. I've been using the ProSpec Easy Clutch on my 535 GT for almost 4 years now without any issue... for those planning to install it on the 535 GT you would need the long wire version.
I was on the fence for buying the short version for my BS4 Himalayan and after this video i finally placed the order couple of days ago. Today Ajay from Pro-Spec team contacted me and told me that short version is not an exact fit to which i referred this video. He was aware of Ben and told me that they are speaking with him about the upcoming newer version for Himalayan. Approx ETA was 2-3 weeks depending on few other factors. There is also a cheaper version of Easy Clutch that will be available. Sounds like good news to me. Update : I am using Easy Clutch on my trip currently, it is working as promised, the only downside that i am facing is, which might be how i installed it, the adjuster on the clutch lever becomes loose after some time, which needs readjusting after sometime.
@@sagarmaske5973 yeah, they said a cheaper version with exactly the same functionality, only with with different material for the casing. ABS instead of Aluminium.
It is based on the reducing fulcrum length at the output which reduces force required to use clutch. It may damage clutch plates as you are reducing the play at/on clutch plates.
I never needed any muscle power to install a clutch cable. You first need to give some slack from the free play adjuster, install the cable, then add proper tension to the cable using the adjuster.
I have the long cable on my 2021 Himalayan with adjustable short levers installed. Somehow I am not being able to extract the potential of the easy clutch. Has it got something to do with my install (done at RE svc) or the long cable is the culprit?
Which RE model do we have to choose to get the short version for himalayan bs6? The available models for the short versionon the website are 650 Interceptor, 650 GT, Machismo and AVL.
Please, do you have problems with engine detonation ( knocking) in accelerations mainly between 4000 to 5000 rpm? if yes, what is the solution? Thanks and congratulations, your vídeos até awesome!
By pulling that inner cable from the clutch actuating arm ( on the crankcase) so tight, are you not putting a load on the clutch rod bearing - there should be freeplay in this arm? You don’t appear to have any.
Hi Bro, Do we actually need to buy adjuster at cltch end ? I am trying to get this installed in meteor 650 and at lever end adjuster is already there Pls correct me if im wrong
Hi Ben, forgive me for asking a stupid question, on my Himalayan when I press the clutch and if it's in gear the rear wheel still rotates, is this a bad thing? If yes then what is the problem and how do I rectify it?
Brother i have a 2021 Himalayan, done with first service... running around 1700kms, I'm getting mileage around 25-28 please advice is it normal or is there any way i can improve it.
I have just purchased this easy clutch with the long cable. It is far too long - about 8 inches too long with too many adjusters adding friction and tight bends. Utterly useless design. They should have provided custom cut lengths to fit specific bike models that copy the original cable length when installed. Also I am concerned about the much reduced cable pull ( a necessary trade off when you get a mechanical lever advantage which is all this system is). I fear the clutch plates will not completely separate leading to difficulty engaging neutral at a standstill.

@@pixel9inja bought it couple of days ago .thanks
So finally which one did you go for, or rather which one should I buy for my bs6 Himalayan, short or long?
Love your content Ben. Your videos have made me understand my Himalayan more
Glad to hear that
Thanks Ben! I was able to install shorter version on my Yezdi Adventure.
Is there any drop in mileage?
Awesome 👌 detailed video.. helped me install this on my trk.. I have a short system and used it in combo with Original cable
Thanks a lot for this vid bro.. it has helped me. keep up the good work👍🏽

Never over rev . Build rpms with momentum . Also pls install a booster plug, or fuel commander .

Bro please explain how to remove the oxygen sensor coupler i cant remove it
There's a metal tube with a 90 degree bend near the clutch lever in the meteor, could you tell us a way to install with it or delete that tube?
Thanks Ben again .
I did order a short one. Tried fixing it myself, I couldn't. Tried getting help from a Mechanic too. Couldn't get it right 😕
Contact me on my Insta page
Can use epdm dampener to damp the sound
to engage clutch fully the leaver needs to be pulled completely, this won't allow to use the clutch with only two fingers
Superb one, answers quite a lot of questions I asked earlier. What's your take on powerage exhaust? Yay or nay?
It's good
Brother will you make video on wheel alignment and..! Spoke adjustments...?
watch my tighten loose spokes video
Maybe they could have adjusted it a little further, people are not buying this to increase their friction zone.
Are you still using it. How is the performance and clutch plates??
can we use this for yamaha Rx 135 bike ???
Yes
Bhai - does it create problem with clutch wear? Can you please help?

Only for the Himalayan
@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN so for meteor 650 inbuilt will do right
So there's no workaround to people who have bought the long version? 😭

Not a bad thing . Nor a healthy thing . So don’t worry . It’s your clutch plates sticking and not releasing fully .
@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN so do I need to change the clutch plates?
can i use short cable system on RE scram 411?
Yes
