Recovery is the speed adjusted between targets so say your in a field with lots of iron you want recovery speed up so you can get between lots of crap then in a quite field lower which will give you more depth ☺️
I know it’s late but how can I get a cool finders box like the one you showed us in your video? Btw your video was very informative. I just got my 540 and was unaware of the long press iron bias.
I'm a noob to detecting and Crawfords is where I got my 540 from. Just need to get a permission ot if there are any kind people out there who'll let me tag along with them ...
Hello, I have an AT Pro but not pleased with it on wet sand. What do you recommend, the Vanquish 540 or pay the extra and get the equinox 600? Would really appreciate your help.
Tbh I had same thing at pro good machine but better out there now I’d say if you got the extra the 600 is a great machine and will last you long time but 540 is equally as good just not as good build wise I like the compact of the nox
I have the vanquish 340 and love it I would love to try the 540 and give it a review just can't afford it the way the economy is right now here in the US

I purchased a Nox 800, I was looking at buying my husband/digger a detector, I almost gave him a Vanquish for Christmas,I couldn't make my mind up to get another Nox or this one better? I live in the US but I am Australian so I am biased about the Minelab.
Good tip about the August headphones but I didn't understand what you said about the horseshoe icon "makes the machine more powerful" - what do you mean by that? I'm from Yorkshire btw so it's not an accent thing that I don't understand what you're saying! (West Yorkshire as opposed to your South/North Yorkshire accent). Tip - treat yoursen to a nice watch so you can tell the time without having to pull your phone out of your pocket! Really enjoyed the vid - well done pal.

Great video - could you tell me what your custom settings are? - Also, your Ampulla - cut across and the holy water then poured onto the land to bless it so the top section might still be there. Has a scallop shell motif so is from the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in north-west Spain (remains of St James). That pilgrimage is still taking place .. 500 miles walking from St Jean Pied de Port in southern France .. over 240,000 pilgrims walked last year!!

What do you mean by recovery mode ? Sorry I’m not too savvy, I’ve just received my vanquish 4 dats ago so I have been learning on here about settings.

Go with the nox Better machine all round the 600 is only 100 or so more expensive it’s worth it by far

Got a hublot watch mate but too nice to wear in field. The horseshoe basically opens up the machine more so less discrimination

Field 1 , 5 tones recovery 6 adjust if noiser land higher if quiet lower it horse shoe on and listen for the sweet targets in amongst the iron 👍
