I really appreciate that you cook/ eat very simply, but delicious looking. I think the key is that you keep these foods on hand all the time and it is habit, not once in awhile.
I was so happy when I turned my TV on this afternoon and saw you posted a video. I enjoyed it immensely. Absolutely love how you do all your content and just your personality. Looking forward to the next one can’t wait.!
Oh my gosh, where are gardens producing? I barely have things growing here in Colorado! So awesome you have garden food! Thanks for sharing! Admittedly I am not a Gardner, just a want to be.
My garden is in full summer mode here in North Carolina! It’s been 90 everyday for a little while now. I’m about to start planting for fall.😁 Gardening is such a wonderful blessing, I hope you are able to!
Love your channel!! Piedmontese is another great option for grass fed grass finished beef! They also partner with other great farmers too for other proteins. Ships right to your door too
I always smile when I see all the veggies and good groceries you buy for your family and how well you take care of them! Your silkies are so adorable! I’d be happy with little eggs! Your kids are learning so much about life from you!! I still wish I could live with you! I had no idea that Brazil nuts are good for your thyroid…..I want to get off my thyroid meds….I’m going to look into this more! I love Brazil nuts!!! I learn so much from you!!! You’re amazing!!! ❤❤❤
I hear a lot about more meals in a day is better, fewer meals is better, intermittent fasting is best. What are your thoughts on all of that? Thank for your videos, I always learn something!
A few months back i started having headaches weekly (i never had problems with headaches before). After a few months i go to the doctor to check it. And it turned out i have really low levels of iron, close to anemia. I eat healthy, i cook from scratch, but i still had it. So since i started with iron pills, my headaches stopped.
Thanks!! Definitely do what works for your budget. I always say it’s better to eat Whole Foods versus processed, organic or not. Makes a huge difference! 💛
Can we know your skin routine and products?! I love watching for all the recipe ideas but always find myself being jealous of your skin! I'm sure water and a healthy diet are the majority of it, but just curious about the rest 😅
That’s so sweet!! I’ve tried many products that don’t do anything at all, so now I just use a few that make a real difference! I’ll work on sharing soon, make sure you’re on the email list! 😊 💛
Yes! Most olives are fermented in order to edible and safe to eat. It has to do with the oleuropein. Try to find the ones that are unpasteurized in the refrigerated area, they’ll have the live cultures in them in most cases.
I hope you’re enjoying the change of pace that summer brings, whether your life slows down or speeds up! Enjoy it 💛
I would love to see more breakfast ideas! I have had a hard time lately with breakfasts for our family. The fresh pico on the eggs looked AMAZING!
I can definitely do more! The pico is a big upgrade for me 😂 😋

I cook and eat the same. Made from scratch, simple and delicious food.
I just started using Celtic salt - it tastes delicious!
It's great salt!! 😋

Thank you for such a sweet comment!! I’m glad you could watch today. 😊
This all looks amazing, I'm new here so you have probably said it before, but how do you use cast iron safely on your glass top stove?
You are an absolute joy to watch! Thank you for being so vibrant with your food! Where is your sweatshirt from?! I love it!
Love the simplicity . It looks delicious. Thank you.
I have the exact same coffee maker btw. The auto brew is a life saver.

I'm just gonna come live with you because I love your meals. My family doesn't eat them so that's a bummer....as always, thanks for sharing!

So many of the things I love! That salad looked so good (actually everything did)🤗
Love that!! ☺️

Brazil nuts and raw pumpkin seeds are both good for thyroid.
The chicken recipe looks delicious!❤
Thank you 😋
Did you add any liquid with the chicken and mushrooms in the crock pot? Thanks
I’ve been waiting for this video.. thank you
I hope you enjoyed it! Thank you so much!
I hear a lot about more meals in a day is better, fewer meals is better, intermittent fasting is best. What are your thoughts on all of that? Thank for your videos, I always learn something!
I’m pro intermittent fasting however you can! 2-3 solid meals a day, minimal snacking is what I opt for.
When you cook the sweet potato fries in your air fryer, do you use fryer or bake, and what temperature and time? For crispy fries, 😊 love your videos
I love your coffee mug - can you please share where you got it?
My daughter and her son have trouble with bad headaches, so I told her about the pink salt. She had not heard about this either.

Your meals are amazing. I will try and incorporate some of it. I cannot afford the organic meats you get. I wish i could but way too expensive for me.

Elizabeth may I ask what matcha powder you prefer? I've been wanting one. Ty❤
All looks so good! Wish that I could get used to apple cider vinegar! Just can’t get past the taste!

Would you mind sharing what brand your cast iron pan/griddle you used for your eggs? Thanks! Love your videos
Thank you! It’s from smitheyironware!
Are you Canadian? Just curious bc of the products you post! Great videos 😊
What brand is your cast iron skillet?
Hi what are the mush cups? Thank you!
I love you videos, could you please let me know where you got your chicken coop, and do you like it
What kind of chickens do you have? They're so pretty!
They are silkies! They are the sweetest and so calm 💛
Love skyr!
Where did you buy your cutting board?
Are olives really fermented? I thought they were pickled.
Yes! Most olives are fermented in order to edible and safe to eat. It has to do with the oleuropein. Try to find the ones that are unpasteurized in the refrigerated area, they’ll have the live cultures in them in most cases.
