One of those recommendations was Cyberlink PowerDirector for Android. It’s an awesome app for creating great content right on your Android phone or tablet - and in this video we run you through a Cyberlink PowerDirector Tutorial showing exactly how to use it!
This is not a full featured review and will not cover how to use every tool or feature in the PowerDirector app. We'll be running through a full edit process end-to-end, covering everything you need to know to get you editing fast, and with great results, using your Android device.

A tutorial on an Android device would have been desirable.
THE PROGRAM ON A PC IS NOT THE SAME...THE ANDROID APP IS WAY BETTER

Shronto Depends on the resolution of the original video. For instance, you won't be able to add a video layer on top of a 4k video.

How do you add a video over a video?
Fournatistics you place a video down, go back to the start of the video and add another. Sadly, I don't think you can add more than 2 which sucks.

Then purchase inshot. Inshot is my best app because its user friendly and gives me all I want. My only problem is that it doesn't give android users the transition option. Power Director is totally screwed up since last update, you can no longer move the clips where you want them, only shrink them, and the developers think their too cool to reply to customer complaints, total jerks.

I use powerdirector all the time, but a couple weeks ago I experienced having my particular project disappear from the timeline. I selected it from My Projects but when it opened and I selected edit, it opened to reveal nothing at all on the timeline. What could have happened and what can I do to get it back if anything? Has anyone else experienced this?
