    Sehr interessant wird es when die bei Volllast arbeitet. Ich frage mich wie warm es im Verdichter dann wird. Konntest Du inzwischen weiter testen?
    Very interesting! I ask myself if the PLA diffusor can withstand the compressoroutlet temperature.
    Did you make any progess in testing?

    Very good ! is incredible how the PLA support temperature, Do you have STL. Files to share with us?

    • @ArneChristianRosenfeldt
      @ArneChristianRosenfeldt ปีที่แล้ว

      Also: why not print the compressor wheel? On centrifugal compressor maybe the gap can be maintained by some control loop which moves the outer cone forward? If PLA stretches, I mean. Print it radially with fiber ( composite)?

    • @xca1ib3r35
      @xca1ib3r35 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ArneChristianRosenfeldt there will be too much centrifugal force and the 3d print cant handle that much rm so it will just shatter, ruining the combustion chamber

    • @ArneChristianRosenfeldt
      @ArneChristianRosenfeldt 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@xca1ib3r35 can you print for EDF? The first model RC engine used balsa wood for the compressor. Now I wonder about the anchor. I would build a machine which weave carbon fibre in a star shape. The “trailing” edges go between tongs and will be pure carbon in the end. The center is more epoxy with holes to stick in the 3d printed leading edge rotor and hide the screw?

    • @AdmiralCrunch01
      @AdmiralCrunch01 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The extra tubes are just for evenly dispersing the fuel, not sperate fuels

    • @laor100

      Thank you! I had tested it at 60000 RPM. Before i Test it at 120000 rpm i need a new turbine wheel. Yes the print parts support this very easy.

    • @nicolasm7012
      @nicolasm7012 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@stepbystep7499 You can test up to 90,000 rpm with the stainless steel turbine wheel.
      On my fd3 / 64 it supports 80,000 rpm without any problem. The problem is the wooden compressor, I prefer to stay at 75,000 rpm.

      By any chance you wouldn't give the stl files of the 3d parts.
