      How well do these lifts transition into everyday life and work? Such as firefighting.

      @@ironicallypale5108 They actually transition quite well as they are whole body movements that work on your mobility, coordination, leg strength, shoulder strength, and explosive power. They would be excellent for something like firefighting because of the strength and coordination involved such as with lift assist calls, but lots of carries would work well too for that because of carrying gear and people.

    Great explanation of the difference and where it’s appropriate for beginners. I’m definitely a slider! Feels like I get to the bottom quicker or feel speedier in the catch.

    Wen i clean n jerk my right biseps muscle pains a lot.its from da very 1 st of my training wen i started.wenever start taking load pain starts.n it's like hell, I cnt hold barbell for more dan half an hour
