    I’ve always envied people that can do Olympic lifts. I can do a caveman style power clean but nothing beyond that

    On the pull from ground. It seems her hip go up with very little shoulder or chest rise. I’ve always been taught that hips, chest and shoulder all move together??? Thanks in advance for clarification and tips. John
