As far as this being the "real Doom 3", it does have the effect of making the direction Doom 3 went make way more sense and be way less jarring.

Is there any speedrun category where you get all the keys for the unmaker?

It bothers me how Punchy keeps calling the z axis the y axis.

Some 3D modeling/Animation programs designate the Z axis as the height, while other programs use the Y axis for height. I use Blender for 3D, so I had to get used to the Z axis for up and down.

Most textures in this game are a kind of weirdly smooth, not my favourite design decision, but overall this looks like a great game.

The level design in this is so much worse than Doom 1 and 2. Glad I never played this, I remember when it came out and I laugfhed at actually trying to bring myself to play Doom on a Nintendo console.
