Good video! Of course it was Stilwell who killed Morgan Earp, in the presence of Pete Spence, a man named Fries and a man named Bode, with Indian Charlie and Hank Swilling as lookouts. Stilwell was about the meanest SOB in Arizona, and he would have shot his own mother in the back for fifty dollars. And yes, Wyatt killed Curly Bill. He also shot Johnny Barnes, who later died from the wounds. And before he died, Barnes confirmed Wyatt's story. Curly Bill was buried on Frank Patterson's ranch.
@@WildWestHistoryAssociationThat is very interesting. If not from wounds incurred during the shootout between Wyatt and Curly Bill, what was his cause of death?
Would like to hear a presentation on why you think Curly Bill was not killed that day apart from the obvious? Anyway, what a great nugget of history. Thankyou 🙏
I disagree with u in regards to Curly Bill I studied with Dr Hinton at the University of Arizona. I believe he was killed at the springs near Benson. By the way my mother was a Patterson born in Tucson 1931.

I found a few newspaper articles about the arrest of Barnes. He was alive in Nov 1883.

On December 11, 1883 Johnny Barnes was sentenced to eight years in Leavenworth for the killing of George "Pony"Neal.
There will soon be a article in the WWHA Journal that will cover that. I do not have the answer until I read it.
@@robertbuckley3833I'm always interested in learning new things. So when did Barnes die?
Thanks for the excellent content and your deep-dive investigation into who did it.🔥
