The vast majority of people cant have an intelligent debate on this, because intelligent discussion, logic, mathematics and science are no longer taught in schools. Our online forums like this one are so heavily regulated that the moderators can essentially make it look like public opinion is 100% in favor of whatever they want.
Our entire civilization is directed by young, highly politicized extremist and not particularly well qualified, anonymous people working behind the scenes at Media companies, polling companies, news organizations and blogs. When I studied the carbon cycle at school many decades ago, we were taught that carbon lags temperature by 600 years. So, whatever is changing carbon levels now happened 600 years ago. Government departments may be good, but they're not THAT good.

Kennedy, here, essentially asking about the "cost benefit analysis" of the rule to the agency (SEC) but its representative couldn't answer what the costs were nor what the benefits would be. Crenshaw wants us to believe investors want to know this information. I think she knows this is generally . . . not true.
