Wow! DMSO… my mother used to get this stuff from the family doctor for her arthritis years ago. She swore by it. I remember well when TPTB relegated DMSO to veterinary medicine. Mom was so disappointed, but where there’s a will. She found another source. Nice memory trigger, Bill. Excellent shave. Beautiful razor. I just looked up the ILR… ok I’m considering.
I remember hearing of sports teams using DMSO for athletic stresses before the likes of Dr Fauchie and Dr UToob outlawed such practices. Worked well for my horses.

Interesting. I didn't know that DMSO was a wood bi-product. I have used it for years for pain management. It is one of the few things that actually works for me. Of course I make sure the area is clean and use clean cotton swabs. Thanks for sharing.
If I were going to use that illegal stuff, I suppose I could get it to work too! Obviously we need to follow the advice of the medical authorities and make sure that the use of this stuff stays with our horses.
Watched the second half of the video. Kids got me. But anyway, great that the vender got back to you. At least we know now it is a natural stone. Pyrite may be the answer to why folks have reported why the ILR damages edges. In all fairness pyrite can appear in any slate. It’s up to the miner /vender if they choose to put it on the market.
