To be honest, i never knew there was any other city in the African continent that can compete with the most exuberant cities such as Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa in terms of beauty, development and modernity. But until today, after watching your video, i think i am going to change my thinking. This is a beautiful city in east Africa that i believe is going to show many african cities flames in the not so distant feature. I remember Nairobi very well i use to walk all these places in the 80s 90s not so many things are changed rooftop I can see new and old buildings still there it was nice to see it back these days we use to call it city center but I had now is called business district center something like that, I also took a standing picture in front of Kenyatta statue these days was no gate I see now is a gate towards city hall, My bad to that Hilton hotel is closed and you cal also see next to it was kencom and National archive center, waw I am happy to see that.

I also love the Mathuthu [public buses- pls correct spelling, the topography of the city and the display of the Massai stalls. But the city looks dull of activities for tourists. They should have a lane at Masai market where everything is 100% made in Kenya, even if it is three stalls only. I would like to see what kind of fabrics RivaTex produces. I used to like their lesos but recently I was only getting the ones made in TZ.
Yes, Kimathi street is beautiful. I passed by the street, during Kibaki's time, when they were breaking up sections of the pavement to plant trees. Good to see that the trees survived.
