Stealing his phone, leaving a crime seen, nothing adding up and no arrest made until it was too late. The police really dropped the ball in this case.😢
I disagree. Every big case people always say police dropped the ball. When you watch a show on TH-cam and get all the facts, it might seem obvious. But when these things are happening in real time, and they are happening in different jurisdictions, and at different time frames, you can’t blame the police for that they’re not psychic.
@Leena Wexler hence why I said TWO out of FOUR husbands are dead. The fifth is rotting is prison waiting for his trial. She technically wasn’t divorced from Charles when he was killed but summing up the specifics for you in 150 characters or less was a tad difficult. My apologies.
At 1:39 ....Chase blew my mind when he described how Lori's demeanor changed. It brought back instant memories of people who have acted superior to me! I have been learning so much watching your channel that helps me navigate life better, safer.
The reason Lori is so glib is that she believes at this point she is the beneficiary to Charles’ $1 million life insurance policy. Unbeknownst to her Charles had removed her and added his sister Kay. I believe that was the catalyst to the kids murd
When she said "why would I get a divorce...so I can babysit the kids more? Babysit as in she wasn't into them much anymore, tired of looking after her kids. Her tone as she expressed it also matches her statement. Tired of being a mom.
I'm a stress sleeper. When my Dad was dying, I made it home from the hospital visit. My Mom wanted to talk and talk. I had to excuse myself and go to bed. It was exhausting; I almost threw up. So, just because someone sleeps, it doesn't always mean they are guilty. They just are in a place where they don't have to be on and can decompress.
I understand where you’re coming from with your father. However, this situation is completely different. No similarities to that. But I promise, I understand where you’re coming from.
I cannot wait to hear from you guys on the Leticia Stouch trial and her body language. Oh my gosh her body language and her words and how she literally goes through and claims she has injuries and points to them on her body when talking about her supposed attack and they all line up with Gannon's fatal injuries and non-fatal. She even points to her body when explaining his burns but accidentally points to where all his stab wounds are
One of the oddest behaviors was when the accused couple was in Hawaii, her children were dead but no one knew that yet. She had that bizarre smile while the cameras were on her (she was loving that). The minute I saw that weird ass smile, I knew she was involved and I also knew that attention was her candy-she loves it. Sick psycho.
Uuuuuugh! I hate having to wait!!!! Btw - I was interviewed (and got an offer of employment) for a local PD as 911 dispatcher yesterday. When the chief asked why I wanted the job, I told him about the Behavior Panel sparking my interest in interrogation, investigation and body language!!!
Her taking Charles' phone was probably done for the purpose of angering him to help set up the scenario for Alex to claim self defense when he shot Chatkes.
It's so sad that law enforcement didn't arrest Alex for murdering Charles. Maybe Tylee, JJ and Tammy would still be alive if they would have been held accountable. Thank you guys as I appreciate your combined panel and all your experience and expert opinions.
1.40 hr… Chase says ‘Lori thinks she is just going to go home soon and have some dinner’….um… she did, a pool party in fact, and then she went on to be ‘involved’ in 3 more murders.
One thing that was creepy was when the police officer was talking to her in the street when she got back from the school drop off. The officer says something and she begins to giggle in a flirty way and said sorry neighbors! All I could think was, “Your husband had been dead maybe half an hour and this is your reaction? “ It was way off!
Chase you were so insightful this video! I really love how you saw Lori power up when the investigator showed some signs of being uncomfortable. It's a huge red flag when someone power ups when another person demonstrates vulnerability. True sign of narcissism.
So weird. She was giggling right after her ex is murdered, giggling right in front of the investigator… I’m having a chill that a serial killer has been unfolded yet no one noticed
The cops who dealt with Chad's wife's death need to be hauled over the coals for just taking his word for her health status and not ordering an autopsy. If not for that, those kids and her brother (not that he was worth much) might not be dead.
I'm an ESL teacher. I believe Scott is right. It was intentional for the interrogator to act self-conscious. She noticed that correcting her English provoked a negative response. I do this all the time when students feel intimidated because I'm over-correcting.
If you think her interview was strange , watch the video from the police camara. She stands there laughing about the whole thing. She took JJ to burger king for breakfast , then to school, then stopped to buy flipflops and then home to find police at her house. This woman is beyond wacked.
My thirst and interest in forensic psychology is bolstered affirmed and inspired by your contributions. The amount of unspoken cues that I am now able to pick up on thrills me and helps me protect myself. Thank you!
I found my ex, who remained one of my best friends after we broke up, dead from an accidental overdose. My initial reaction was to run to him and touch him, even though he was very visibly and graphically dead. I than ran out of the room in fear and proceeded to fall to the ground because I literally lost control of my body, all the while screaming in agony. This woman was married to this man for 14 years….she was not ‘in shock’ according to her account.
A teenager could never get away with being vague to Mark Bowden! What did you do last night? Teen: “Oh, we went riding around & things.” Mark: I’d like to know about these “THINGS” you did.😃
I requested this one YEARS ago!!! I’m glad y’all are finally getting around to it. She’s having trial right now in the county I live in. She requested there to be no cameras in the court room back in September and the judge granted it!!! I wondered if you guys would do it knowing there won’t be any new footage other than what we’ve all seen years ago. The day the main detective who discovered the kids’ bodies was going to testify and show all the evidence/pictures of the remains, she requested to take that day off… like she didn’t care that the whole jury would have to sit there and look at consequences of her actions but she shouldn’t?! Thankfully the judge didn’t grant that to her but she ended up just looking down that whole day. All the other days of trial she’s been really chatty and smiling taking lots of notes with her lawyers. I think our whole valley is ready for her toxic presence to be gone. I think she REVELS in all this attention. I think she must be a straight up psychopath.
At around 53:03, When Lori Vallow says, "I wanted the kids out of the way whatever this fight was going to be." WTH! - She actually said, "whatever this fight is going to be"?!?!? That weird sentence told me that this incident was definitely a "set up" fight so her brother could kill him in so called "self defense" for her.
Lori Vallow was my hairstylist for a while in Austin. She would tell me about all the fancy trips her then husband would take her on. One day I showed up for my appointment and they just said she was gone and not coming back. It took me a while to realize it was her once she became infamous because it was like 20+ yrs ago. I kept thinking she seemed familiar then a documentary mentioned that she was a hair stylist in Austin and it clicked. Yikes. Edit to add: The second thing that clicked was Lori spelled in that particular way. Also, she was very pretty back then and I remember having the sense that she was used to getting what she wanted from men because of it. She spoke of her husband having a lot of money and I think she even said he bought her plastic surgery (boobs).
The facility that's housing Chad says his crimes involve his "stepchildren". As far as I can see Chad never had "stepchildren" because the kids were dead before Chad and Lori were married.
This grown woman says "whatever," "like" and "blablabla" more than my kids! It's so utterly maddening. I can't even imagine how any adult could have a conversation with her without wanting to rip their own hair out! I agree 100% that she's almost certainly gotten through life by being a ditzy, baby-talking blonde who manipulates men. (And I remember that "I'm a blonde" song, too!! Guess I'm showing my age, haha?) But seriously, I'm a divorced mom, and I can guarantee that if my ex were to be killed, I'd nonetheless be in deep shock...not giggling and smiling. Heck- even if a total stranger was killed in the same house as me, I'd be shocky and shaking; it's just a basic human reaction to experiencing unexpected death and/or violence! But she's about as empathetic as a rattlesnake!
@@harrietthespy2119 True! Even rattlesnakes only kill either to eat or to defend themselves! Lori, OTOH, kills for greed and possibly even because she gets pleasure out of it. So yeah, you're right- she's much worse than a rattlesnake!
I can’t understand why the interrogator didn’t ask her why she just didn’t give his phone back since they’re separated anyway like what difference does it make who he’s texting if you’re getting divorced.
@@zerowheeler right. And literally one minute after I commented about that, the experts spoke about it but yea makes total sense to just take his life smh lol
Throughout the interview, she *not* once called Charles by his name. It was "my ex", "he", "his", "him" but never by his name ~Charles. No matter how much someone dislikes another person, in a situation such as a death, I believe everyone feels some sort of sympathy for the deceased (unless he/she is a total monster that has done the worst of the worst). Here, Lori has no sense of empathy which if I'm not mistaken is another trade for a psychopath. She is dead inside.
When she talked about making sure the kids were in the car while Charles was being killed and said "I wanted the kids out of the way", it sent shivers down my spine knowing what she would eventually do.
WHO would be concerned about getting their child to school when that child's father was just killed??? She also, supposedly, fell asleep during trial when they showed images and talked about recovering JJ and Tylee's bodies.
The Panel at their best. My goodness the things they observed… A great example of their expertise. And the thing is they are holding back LOADS! Unreal, love it. I think this is one to be watched over and over. Thank you.
It's wild how she thinks it's so normal and so certain that she is entitled to take her estranged husband's phone that she talks about it so freely like she's completely in the right. In her view, it's totally reasonable for her to take his property and not respect privacy boundaries, but it's so unreasonable for him to react.
She leans in hard saying how she thought he' hurt her to get his phone back... Okay, so give the phone back and the threat of being hurt disappears. Don't keep running around like you're completely entitled to his property and wonder why he's getting more upset.
@@inannanightingale9718 I was also astonished at what a childish act it was in the first place.. I think she must have somehow stole it from his person, because he left and was putting JJ in the car and had to come back in to get his phone, so maybe he was unaware it was not with him.. & it was like a children’s game to her, playing “keep away” with his phone.. very immature and literally psycho.. IMO
"OMG! Who's gonna clean this mess up?!?!?!???" Blood everywhere, looking at what's before her, one would think she'd be wondering about the blood, the body--the POLICE, HER BROTHER??? It's as if she hadn't been there??? This was HER house, HER kids, HER brother , HER LIFE!!! SO detached, so weird... SO very, very weird...
Maybe it's because I'm a woman myself and don't understand the mindset, but there is something about female sociopaths/psychopaths I find particularly disturbing. I would be beside myself if I was in that situation and she just basically sits there... Scary.

As a teacher, I am horrified that someone would send children to school after their father has been shot. Does she expect them to now sit and focus on class work? Does she think teachers can teach a class and attend to severely traumatized children at the same time?
Lori’s excuse is that because JJ is on the autism spectrum, she needs to keep his environment the same and not disrupt him. That’s why she says she needed to take him to school
And then she plannned the chikdrens death and send that children to their death at the hands of that evill man....she should look at those autopsy pictures of the children for the rest of he life.....they should be on the walls of her cell in front of her eyes...as well as the previous husband's and Tammy's....
When she's asked whether she would like some kind of victim services, she looks impatient and bored. She doesn't feel like a victim because she isn't and now that the interview is over she doesn't have to pretend to be.
As most narcissistic people, she's frozen in a perpetual child-like state. Very manipulative person. Those poor kids and other victims. Great breakdown and analysis, as usual! Thx!
I think the reason she had to add in there that Charles was actually a semiprofessional ball player after she boasted about his proball playing is to explain why Alex’s injury from the bat was minor. However even being semipro, if he actually hit Alex in the head he’d have crushed his skull.
I caught that too Scott when the interrogator corrects her about the gun (proficient) & she gets kinda pissed that she corrected Lori. Loved to see that one!
"I wanted the kids out of the way whatever this fight was going to be." Not, "I wanted to make sure the kids didn't get hurt in this fight." Those kids were always just in her way. She even said in regards to her being accused of breaking up other people's marriages that she wouldn't do that because she'd just end up having to watch other people's kids more.
I've been following this case a long time. Lori Cox (nee Cox) had bizarre parents and an older brother Alex, and two sisters. One died of diabetes, and Lori was like a mother figure for her niece, Melanie Boudreaux (now Pawlowski). This explains Melanie's slavish ties to Lori. Lori married her high school BF and this lasted one year. They split. No kids. Lori married #2 William Lagioia, and had one boy, Colby. They split. Lori married #3 Joe Ryan, and had one daughter, Tylee Ryan. Joe adopted Colby who became Colby Ryan. Lori got into a bitter custody dispute with Joe (ex Navy serviceman) over Tylee, and Joe loved his little girl and was a wonderful father. There was one attempt on his life by brother Alex but he survived. A few years later, Joe mysteriously dies of a heart attack at home and under very suspicious circumstances. Lori finds him (!!). Lori collects on his life insurance. Lori married #4 Charles Vallow, a businessman, in AZ, who was a wonderful father. Charles adopts his nephew, JJ Vallow. Charles' sister, Kay Woodcock had a son who fathered JJ but was unable to care for him so he was left with Kay. Charles took over and gave JJ a stable home life. JJ was autistic. Kay's second husband is Larry Woodcock. Lori starts a divorce and bitter custody dispute. Alex comes over and sho*ots Charles de*ad. She tries to collect on his life insurance and finds out that he left everything to Kay and his older kids. Kay was instructed to take care ofJJ and had money set aside for him. Lori is furious!!! Meanwhile, Melanie Boudreaux under the influence of this cult and Lori, sends danger signals to her husband, Brandon, about their kids turning dark, etc. Brandon lost no time in cutting ties with Melanie, keeping his 3 kids safe and away from her. Melanie was arrested for trespassing as Alex took her to his house and he had a restraining order against her. Brandon narrowly missed being shot dead by Alex in home. He reported seeing a car like Alex's speeding away. Lori, Alex take Tylee and JJ to Yellowstone as their last outing. The next day, Tylee is shot dead by Alex or Chad at his property. They cut her up, burn her, and bury the remains. Blood was found on a pickaxe and shovel in Chad's shed, matching Tylees. That day, Chad calls Tammy and says he shot a raccoon and buried it in the pet cemetery in his backyard. Earlier, he had searched for wind direction so that the smoke from burning would not carry over to neighbor's properties. Alex's phone was there too. Lori steals all of Tylee's savings she had been getting from her father's Navy pension. This was the motivation for Tylee's death. Poor little thing. A few days later, also in Sept 2019, JJ Vallow was drugged (seen by Melanie Gibbs) tied up and suffocated, still in his little red pajamas. Poor baby. Chad, the expert grave digger, buried him in the pet cemetery in his property. What was Lori's motivation in ki*lling poor JJ? Revenge on Kay Woodcock who got the money that she felt should rightfully be hers. A few days later, Alex takes a pot shot at Tammy Daybell who thinks it was a prank with a paintball gun. Soon after, in Oct 2019, Tammy Daybell is murdered in her bed and two sets of bruises are seen on her arms later. Two men. She was fit and healthy and training for a marathon. Chad collected 430,000 in total from life insurance he had on her. On Nov 5, 2019, Lori married #5 Chad Daybell in Hawaii. In Dec, 2019, Zulema Pastenes, Alex Cox's new wife of 2 weeks is given a massage on her bed. Alex insisted on putting a newly bought large plastic sheet on the bed before he gave her a massage and a drink. She was drugged, but could hear Alex discussing details of something on the phone with Lori and he said, I can't do it. He did not kill Zulema. She did an interview with the cops on this. On Dec 19, 2019, Alex dies of an apparent heart attack. No, he committed sui*cide. Chad and Lori probably put him up to it. Charles Vallow's murder trial was coming up in July 2020, and Alex had loose lips. Sister Lori took care of that loose end. Alex was Lori's hit man. This is the sordid tale of Cult Mom Lori Vallow. No doubt she would have abandoned Chad Daybell in favor of a #6 husband when the time was right and collected on his life insurance. She is a black widow.
“Destroyer of families” pretty accurate self description. I also note the slip of saying “…why, so I can babysit more?”. That shows how much she resented her children as they became a burden, holding her back from her self believed calling. Psychopath
So a giant “monster of a man” is getting murderously aggressive with you ONLY because you have his phone and you’re literally (at least claiming) you were afraid for your life, that he was ready to attack you, and you STILL wouldn’t simply give him his phone back? She just didn’t think this through and I really wish the detective had asked “did you ever consider just giving him the phone back so this all would’ve stopped?”.. just would like to see her reaction to that question
I came from the Letecia Stauch video, and I couldn't sub fast enough. What a fantastic video that was, and I was hooked from there. Can't wait to see what I can learn from this one guys.

Oh my gosh her body language and her words and how she literally goes through and claims she has injuries and points to them on her body when talking about her supposed attack and they all line up with Gannon's fatal injuries and non-fatal. She even points to her body when explaining his burns but accidentally points to where all his stab wounds are
That's too horrific to watch. I just pray she's convicted.
I used to do that job in the UK and I learnt to tell when people were lying just by the tone of their voice. It's why I love this channel so much.
Mark, you were correct too about the brother!! He had murdered for her before!!
I would have asked her why she didn’t give Charles the phone back if they were all so scared of what he’d do.
Plus why did she care if he was dating, she wanted a divorce
Her taking Charles' phone was probably done for the purpose of angering him to help set up the scenario for Alex to claim self defense when he shot Chatkes.
Bingo! I thought the same thing.
Chase is so great at this. No cheap shot comments, he understands his audience is full of “everyone”. Thank you for being a class act, Chase!
Ooh, I got shivers reading that. Great call. Yikes, I've been getting these spooks out of my life!
Scott gets SO excited talking about psychopaths!
Listening to her is like listening to my 10 yr old daughter relay a story when she's excited....all over the place!!! LOL
& they had a party later,that very day.unbelievable & wicked.
As a teacher, I’d prefer you didn’t rush your kids to school right after their father has been shot in the morning! 😳
🫣.... right
I love observing Chase's face every time Mark speaks. And I'll leave it there.
I see what you did there. 😅
I'm sorry for your loss
A teenager could never get away with being vague to Mark Bowden! What did you do last night? Teen: “Oh, we went riding around & things.” Mark: I’d like to know about these “THINGS” you did.😃
…..”and can you show me where on Google maps.”😂
😂love Mark
Chase: "I think she thinks she's gonna go home after this." Incredibly, she did go home and have a pool party!
THIS WAS TOO SHORT. I loved this one. Lots of good info. You guys rock.
I’ve been waiting for you guys to analyze this case! Please do Melanie Gibb or Melanie B who did interviews in this case. You’ll be blown away.
How can they not ask her WHY she did not give him HIS phone.
I agree wholeheartedly! But please don’t insult rattlesnakes! 🤔🐍
@@harrietthespy2119 True! Even rattlesnakes only kill either to eat or to defend themselves!
Lori, OTOH, kills for greed and possibly even because she gets pleasure out of it. So yeah, you're right- she's much worse than a rattlesnake!
"I don't have to work, I just have to jiggle 'cuz I'm a blonde!" right?
I can’t understand why the interrogator didn’t ask her why she just didn’t give his phone back since they’re separated anyway like what difference does it make who he’s texting if you’re getting divorced.
Taking his phone is bizarre behaviour, giving it back would have been a simple solution, but why not shoot him!? 🤷🏼♀️
@@zerowheeler right. And literally one minute after I commented about that, the experts spoke about it but yea makes total sense to just take his life smh lol
Charles wouldn’t have put his phone down in her house, not even for a second. Straight up ambushed, plain and simple.😢
When did she say that?
@@twincherry4958 As I said, When she talked about making sure the kids were in the car while Charles was being killed. It's located at 53:00.
She is saying Charles was horrible to Tyler but she burns her body in a pit
I was a journalist for 30 years. At the end of every interview, I always asked that question. And they always gave me gold.
And not only did Lori leave this interview without being detained, she actually left with a victim’s advocate
Yes, and threw a pool party that same afternoon. Amazing!
Its horrifying how many perpetrators manage to convince people they are victims. :(
WHO would be concerned about getting their child to school when that child's father was just killed??? She also, supposedly, fell asleep during trial when they showed images and talked about recovering JJ and Tylee's bodies.
I wish I could watch one of y’all doing an interrogation. Would be so interesting.
@@inannanightingale9718 it was definately all a set up,to bring about an excuse to shoot him dead.evil.
You guys were spot on! She is a psychopath! And guilty!
Greg's reference to Julie Brown's "'Cause I'm A Blonde" made my day!
Maybe it's because I'm a woman myself and don't understand the mindset, but there is something about female sociopaths/psychopaths I find particularly disturbing. I would be beside myself if I was in that situation and she just basically sits there... Scary.
💯 agree!
They set this man up, Charles said they are gonna kill him. I wish he would have stayed away
This woman is despicable and now a convicted murderer. Shameless.
I’ve been watching a lot of these over the past few months, and this episode l is one of my favorites. There is SO much here.

@@TheBehaviorPanelOh trust me, it's my Pleasure. I'm a big fan of you all. Many thanks for doing what you do.
She laughed! Otherwise no emotion, nothing. And her husband is dead in her house and she is taking her child to school??? Wow, can you say psychopath?
As a teacher, I am horrified that someone would send children to school after their father has been shot. Does she expect them to now sit and focus on class work? Does she think teachers can teach a class and attend to severely traumatized children at the same time?
I didn't know that. That's insane, well bc she is I guess. Can't relate to normal emotional humans
Lori’s excuse is that because JJ is on the autism spectrum, she needs to keep his environment the same and not disrupt him. That’s why she says she needed to take him to school
JJ never knew that his father was dead. She never told him, even after they moved to Idaho.
And then she plannned the chikdrens death and send that children to their death at the hands of that evill man....she should look at those autopsy pictures of the children for the rest of he life.....they should be on the walls of her cell in front of her eyes...as well as the previous husband's and Tammy's....
Omg! I’m so glad y’all finally did a video on her. I think I asked y’all to do it 2 years ago when she was arrested! Great one y’all!
It is just so heartbreaking to see all these lives lost and nobody had a clue for such a long time. Such evil.
When she's asked whether she would like some kind of victim services, she looks impatient and bored. She doesn't feel like a victim because she isn't and now that the interview is over she doesn't have to pretend to be.
Behaviour Panel is the best viewing on TH-cam.
Chase Tan Daddy - best comment ever
As most narcissistic people, she's frozen in a perpetual child-like state. Very manipulative person. Those poor kids and other victims. Great breakdown and analysis, as usual! Thx!
This wonan is beyond inappropriate to say the least. Laughing, the valley girl talk and minimization are unbelievable!
Doomsday, Moms.... Sounds like a band.
…agreed
can’t stop laughing
🤣🤣🤣
😂💀
😂😂😂
It does Lol! Though Sadly😞I wish it was though ya? Ugh 🤢
A punk band for sure.
I think the reason she had to add in there that Charles was actually a semiprofessional ball player after she boasted about his proball playing is to explain why Alex’s injury from the bat was minor. However even being semipro, if he actually hit Alex in the head he’d have crushed his skull.
Scott, you are correct!!! She was not there or at least not in the house when her brother shot him!!! That came out in the hearing.
I wish the interviewer had asked Lori, "When you saw how angry Charles was getting, why didn't you just give him his darned phone?"
Exactly. I would've immediately thought that she was setting the scene to kill him. She was clearly instigating.
Lori went home after this...and had a pool party at that same house where the shooting occurred. The neighbors reported this and how strange it was.
Scott Rouse talking about psychopaths is my ASMR.
😮
I caught that too Scott when the interrogator corrects her about the gun (proficient) & she gets kinda pissed that she corrected Lori. Loved to see that one!
She can’t say what threats Charles made, probably because he didn’t threaten her.
Or, the threat was "I'm going to tell the police/social services you're violent and an unfit mother."
"I wanted the kids out of the way whatever this fight was going to be."
Not, "I wanted to make sure the kids didn't get hurt in this fight."
Those kids were always just in her way.
@mjremy2605 - thank you. This is a very helpful catch-up on the case.
Pretty much 100% accurate, except JJ was buried by the small pond in the backyard, not the pet Cemetery. 😢
You guys are quite the foursome!! I really enjoy all of your analyses. Fascinating stuff 👍👍
Tammy Daybell was not Chad Daybells ex-wife. They were still married and living together.
And Charles Vallow was not ex-husband.
So happy Charles changed his life insurance policy..Love it.
It’s crazy that everyone that was there that day is now dead, apart from Lori
You guys will hit 1,000,000 soon. Been here to watch the channel grow. Now you are household names.
They should edit that clip where she says " I just wanted the kids out of the way" and play it in court: Never a truer word said.
@@juliefarkas8949 Amazing how she got two men to go along with her murderous ways.
Absolutely! Taking someone’s phone is dangerous business!
Taking their phone is about as bad as taking their weapon..
I came from the Letecia Stauch video, and I couldn't sub fast enough. What a fantastic video that was, and I was hooked from there. Can't wait to see what I can learn from this one guys.
