Portland, Oregon based acoustic guitarist Eric Skye playing Take Five at home March 1, 2023.
Recording made with Schoeps Colette series stereo pair of small-diaphragm condenser microphones with the MK4 cardioid capsules, into a Neve m88 interface/preamp, and Apple's Logic Pro as the DAW. The guitar is a Santa Cruz Guitar Company Eric Skye signature model 00-skye. Filmed with Sony A7c and Sony A7iv with Sony FE 35mm F1.4 GM lenses into Final Cut Pro. My nails always break and I can’t find a workable solution. I tried those plastic ones you use but man they’re tough too! Anyways-great interpretation, as always!!🤜

Chris the only solution I have with nails, for the last 6 years I buy false nails and just use the large ones, I cut thin strips of paper cello tape, wrap them around the finger, then put the large nail on a strip of insulation tape and then wrap a couple of strips of insulation tape around the finger, when you Finnish playing cut it off, I've tried everything and it's the only thing that's worked for me

I don't know... I tried it and the melody sound different enough to bug me. Also, I kinda like the change in the middle. But it's different every time...
