I've been following this story from the beginning, and it looks now that there is no possibility of a happy ending. It's a drama made true by a bloodthirsty audience who demand tragedy as entertainment.
Jazz’s mother tells her that she is her own worst enemy. What a terrible thing to tell your daughter. And then Jazz cries and rubs her mother’s knee. That had weird overtones for me.
And Jazz says she wants a partner so basically she can dump all of her feelings on them. So she isn’t ready for a relationship.

I used to work at Harvard in a professional position. The school is filled with children of elite, wealthy people.
There are family expectations for educational -- and subsequent professional and financial success -- of those students. They are to get their prestigious degree and make an acceptable (to their parents, relatives, social circle) romantic match.
They are linked by bloodlines and social status to other families with high social status. It may be that there are a FEW males who might date Jazz out of curiosity. l But they darn sure won't bring such a person to meet the parents.
Jazz is doomed to dreaming and longing, for she doesn't have the social status necessary to make a marriage to a sought-after Harvard man. So sad.

@@144VenusianWurk Yeah I was surprised too. I started at 17 but I noticed that when I took oral hormones is when I became overweight. People need to avoid oral hrt or birth control because the metabolites increase risk of cancer, weight gain, and blood clots.
I'm on pellets now because I had the operation so I don't produce hormones on my own. The pellets are bio identical and healthier. I have weight but it's healthy weight like on my face, my ass, my thighs, my arms, but not my stomach.
I want to ask Jazz so bad because trans healthcare in America sucks. Maybe I am just reading too much into it and she is just stressed from the fame.
The same applies to cis women too finding a good provider than understands female hormones is so difficult. If the world becomes less ignorant on trans medicine we all get to progress.

Poor boy
She was beautiful once, when she had hope that happiness was just a little further down on the trans path. Now she is years down the trans path, way past the point of no return, and things are not hopeful at all. She is not as attractive as she used to be, not because of her size but because she is clearly not as comfortable with herself as she used to be. Now the only hope left is “if I find that special partner to build a connection with”. Sadly things don’t work that way in life. If you are broken inside, you are the only person who can make you whole again. The perfect partner who will give you that perfect connection and perfect supportive experience does not exist.

Ummm...there are issues here. The weight gain? I believe hormones can cause this. I would worry about future breast cancer. I had a friend who took hormones because of infertility. She developed breast cancer and died in 2014. These hormones are super dangerous and taking too many of them to "change" your biological sex can be detrimental in the future.

That's what the doctors who are commenting on this case are saying. Mother nature gave Jazz the proper hormonal balance that went with that nature-born MALE body. He has been tampered with. All sorts of nightmares can occur. There are de-transitioners testifying here on YT about their own nightmares and subsequent need to get off the hormones to stay alive and disease-free.
Please keep losing the weight Jazz especially because of your situation you need to keep your health up as much as possible since you're going to be on estrogen for the rest of your life.

Secondly, there are medics watching this case and commenting on the weight-gain. Jazz is hardly eating anything because the weight gain is too rapid.
