    ❓❓❓This week's question
According to a recent survey by Forbes magazine, what was voted the worst job in the UK? Was it:
    a) a call centre worker?
    b) a bartender? or,
    c) a traffic warden?
Listen to the programme to hear the answer.

I have been facing bad job experience more than 2 times. The reason was bad salary, inflexible and presenteeism. After the my bad job experiences, I have got work-life balance.

I had a big project with a tight deadline, and my boss breathed down my neck, and then I was burnt out. I had to presenteeism, and my work-life balance was terrible. However, I have a friend who works at a great company, and her job is very flexible, but she finishes her job too, so it's a win-win for her and her company. I then quit my old job and joined my friend at her company. (This is just a made-up story. I'm fine.)

Oh ...l love this program as I could learn a lot from this.I have learned an important idiom breathing down in your neck that means some is watching very closely and checking everything you do.I wish I couldn't get a Manager who is like breathing down in your neck. Also I do agree that works should be flexible and must be based upon the talent do we have.Presenteeisam is a new vocabulary for me which I never ever heard before this.

I'm currently a high school student, so it's quite tricky for me to imagine my working life in the future. However, burnout has emerged in my academic life for several times and the most feasible remedy for me is reuning with my family as well as choosing a win-win on my own. It will be unfortunate if I have a supervisor breathing down my neck, but I'll make every endeavor to overcome and earn a colossal amount of money in order to have a stable life.
