From China,
6 minute English is an awesome programming for English learners. I want to say a Chinese idiom "相见恨晚" which means feeling sad meeting something good after a long time. It's a good listening material, also you can speak following it to improve your spoken English.
My resolution of new year is to improve my spoken and listening English, because I will want to Paris to take part in a competition as respondent.
Also in this year, I face to CET-6 and TOFEL examination. All of these are important, that' really a key year.
In the interview in Tsinghua university or Peking university they prefer testing you in English, and then if you want to go abroad, either US, UK, JP etc. All universities need good English ability,
I have poor English since I was a kid and can't get away from it. In new years, my best wishes and the most great resolution is to improve my English largely.
Love 6 minute English. Best wishes.

There are many exercises for lazy people like me. Everyone deserves the best health to have, doesn't they? Sp we should do some sports activity. There are many types of sports activity, it helps to chill out sometimes. When you're stressed out it's a good decision to do exercises. You improve yourself at first. I love this channel ❤
Excellent 6 minutes English I like
My summary while listening
A lof of people have made resolutions such as doing more exercises on their daily basis but most of them fail to do so.
The today’s topic is discussing about how to do the least amount of exercise to achieve health goals.
According to Dr. Zoe Saynor - a sports physiologist, if we don’t have much time to execise, we could try to work out in shorter sessions with higher intensity.
One effective way to work out for office workers is that they could travel more actively by walking faster. Even though they’re unable to achieve 10,000-step goal daily, it would be beneficial for them when walking 5000 steps with faster speed.
Thank you guys for important lessons video 😊❤️
Dear moderators, please, give us not only vocabulary in the description box, but examples with sentences. Thank you!
right sir
Thank you
I also want to broadcast like these guys do it like a pro ❣❣❣
One of my resolutions every year is to take up reading books and exercise like Mr. Neil. But like him, i am too serendary to get my ass off until one day when i was too disappointed with my life, i thought i needed to trade off getting out of comfort zone with living a dream life. Though my living area didn't have much space for exercising, i tried my best to get bang for my buck. That's how i changed my life. What about you?
I recommend you to exercise at least 20 minutes a day no matter what kinda sport any activity is good for your health but according to reading books, it isn't essential you can listening audiobooks and you can do it
this channel is helping me so much, thankyou❤
You're so welcome!
Which is dialect spoken most of the time american and british dialect?
And which one to learn
Very nice
I'm from Viet Nam, it brings me many benefits!!!!
i'm from Vietnam too
Despite knowing the outcome of exercise we procrastinate. We do not push ourselves toward arduous or cumbersome exercises. Sometimes easy win exercises seem difficult to us. we prefer lying on our bed to going out and walking for a while.
I rather like listening on TH-cam b/c I can check some vocab and missed speaking parts from subtitles.
Can you put vocabularies on the screen for better learning. Thank you so much.
Hello! Do you mean the subtitles? Yes, this episode has subtitles! :) You may need to change something in your settings so that you can see them.
@@bbclearningenglish I mean vocabulary summary in the end of the video. I think seeing it on screen is easier to learn than reading in subtitles because we can take a screen shot. Thank you for reading 💙.
Thanks

In the question you make at the begining: What is the least amount of exercise someone can get away with doing while still staying healthy?
What does get away with mean? I know get away with something means to do something wrong and not get a punishment about it, to get your way in other words but in this question i can't get the meaning
Hey there! The sentence means 'what is the minimum you can do to still be healthy?'. 'Get away with' here means 'achieve something, but not in the best way or putting in too much effort'. We hope this helps.
