I'm a 65yr old retired nurse & I've just found your channel. I wanted to say how much joy you bring to my day with your baking. My mum in law, who is now nearly 99 was a master baker in Germany as was her father & brother. She made our wedding cakes at the grand age of 75. Sending hugs & a heap of positive vibes.
I had a pretty rough morning due to sincere pain in my back caused by a failed surgery...but watching your videos makes the pain somewhat more bareable in a way. You look so friendly and nice....I just wanne give you a huuuge hug and say thank you so much for posting your videos 💝

Gluten morning Kitty, you are like the ray of sunshine, beaming brightness into our days! Might I suggest cutting the tomato in horizontal slices? That way it keeps its structural integrity and you don’t get a pool of tomato guts. I start by removing the core with a paring knife and then cut in whole rounds which look like a flower, with the ribs holding the tomato together. Anyway, just a thought. Love from New Zealand

From the 1st shot of those beautiful steaming loaves at the start of the video, I knew I was in for an enjoyable 15-minute watch. You do a great job putting these videos together. Your baked products look amazing! Thanks for the little glimpses of family, the town, selling, and cleaning up in the bakery. It was interesting to hear that you have people coming from distance to purchase your goods. I have a feeling you'll be seeing more and more of that as your exposure grows via TH-cam. When I moved to a tiny town in California, I had a job as a live-in manager at a bed-and-breakfast. Once and only once I treated my guests to the local French bakery pastries, which I called an order for in advance. I stepped in there at 7 AM and asked for my pastry order, and when the front gal went back to ask him for it, there came a slew of F words and cussing! I sure wish I had a happy bakery to go visit! Thank you for sharing what you do, Kitty! You and the Garden Answer channel here on TH-cam are the two channels that show the happiest people I have found here! I feel super blessed to see such happy people doing what they love for a living!

Do you know why she hasn't been posting any new content? I just asked this on another video? I thought maybe I had been unsubscribed somehow n nope I was not but I reset all of it just in case. Maybe she went to a different social media platform?? Her bakery has gotten too big to do all these videos? Or I pray that she's okay n not going through a depression time again. You came up in my suggestions recently when I researched flatbread. I was not dissapointed. Absolutely LOVE your attitude, that infectious smile, your adorable giddy childlike demeanour & the passion that comes across in your vides. I would love to see the UK and the rest of europe make bakeries tax exempt up to a certain income so everyone can afford and find fresh baked bread everyday. This would encourage small family bakeries to blossom in local communites. New sub from Ireland!

Sometimes I think about starting a bakery business (less bread making, more desserts), but I'm no where near an expert level. The thought of selling the goods myself (not a people person) always kept me from trying. Asking someone else to do that didn't even come to my mind! Such a simple solution (even if more expensive)

I like the way you did this video. The way you showed going to the bakery and opening it up and then a sneak peek at your home life. I also love the sneak peep at where you live. I have been trying to get a sourdough starter going for a while... I just got one to take, but between sickness and being busy, I haven't had a chance to try making a loaf yet.

I must say it's really sweet that you make different loaves for everyone (you're not a people pleaser you just have a good heart shows that you care) the oven steamer thing might work because of the heat that would make the water into steam ( I'm probably wrong 😂). You know when you show how you take the bread out I always feel like omg I would drop all them I'm no where near as strong as you, i hope youll have a lovely time at your dance have fun and a beautiful rest of the weekend ❤️ the green paste for the croissants is it pistachio? And yes it does look like green poop 😂 but kind of delicious looking oh god that makes me look weird don't it 😂
