They're both very sweet and tart but in very different ways; alone they sing, but together they're a symphony. Try it out, I bet you'll like it.
Bread doesn’t even have that much calories and it’s not what makes you gain weight. It’s what you put on bread. Two small slices (let’s say toast sized) of whole-wheat bread are only around 120 calories, but those two slices of cheese you put on them are 80 each. Don’t demonize bread and carbs, yeah, pure sugar is bad for you and it’s easy to drink half a liter of coke in a minute and consume 200 calories like this, but complex carbs, especially whole wheat, are not the culprit here.
The flavour combinations you create are ALL YOU! People might throw out an ingredient they might like, but it’s totally your creation. And it’s AMAZING! I live in Australia, but I wish so much I could taste what you make. It’s great watching though. You are always so cheerful and joyful! It makes me smile to see your joy. 🍞🥐💕😊

This is probably unimportant, but I love your content lol. Im 13 years old and have recently taken an interest in baking. I know how to make pizza and even tried to make my own sweet treats from pizza dough, like adding raspberry jam and making "pillows". I tried to make them in the shape of croissants aswell and it worked out pretty well, but obviously the texture wasnt that of an actual croissant. I tried to make croissants yesterday and Im pretty sure I took them out of the oven a bit too soon. They still tasted good though. Your content really inspires me to try and bake even more stuff! I wish you the best with your bakery, everything looks really tasty :)

Idk if you already did this but you should totally make a honeycomb bun! Maybe a croissant with the honeycomb inside and the dough has some honey and vanilla in it?plus when it’s done baking, put on a honey glaze or honey whipped cream with some honeycomb in it!
As someone who only dabbles in baking bread and desserts while at home, for the wife and me, I always find it fascinating to see how its done on a larger scale.

I love how the lavender wasn't so much purple but actually turned out to be a lavender color, which is perfect if you think about it. Whether they came from people suggestions or your own ideas, everything you're doing in there is so amazing, and done clearly with absolute love and joy of baking, it's just wonderful to know that people get to experience the fruits (especially in the case of the strawberries) of your labours. And the fact that you both bake everything and then deliver it and sell it as the face of your storefront is also amazing. You truly are an amazing person.🎉

Cranberry juice is good for colouring. It makes a red colour. I add a little to sweet and sour pork to richen the colour instead of food colouring.

The lavender honey buns were honestly ingenious and the purple was so so beautiful. You’re an inspiration kitty!!!
