I think you made a mistake under Beneficiary's Employment Information where it says type or print "Unemployed" , if unemployed, in item Number 51.a.
You proceeded to say to put Unemployed on all the boxes(51.b, 51.c etc) whereas in the instruction it said only to put Unemployed in 51.a.

First, I wanted to thank you so much for making this video. It's very helpful. However, I have a question. My parents are green card holders for 18 years. However because of covid they could not travel. The travel time they have expired. So they were stuck over seas. The embassy said we have to re apply again. Do I have to mention this situation on the paper on the additional info section or do I attach a separate paper. What is your advice. Thank you for all your help. God Bless.
If your parents were overseas why not trying advance parole and explain the situación with proof so they can re enter the states?

Hey Andrea, @ time 9:18 - If someone got his/her citizenship through naturalization, the A-Number stays with that person forever. It will be imprinted on the Certificate of Naturalization.
In case of the USCIS Online Account Number, someone will have one only if that person has filled out an application online through USCIS official website before.
Please be specific, it can be confusing for some people.

Right now because of the new variant of the Covid 19 virus, people from Hungary who isn’t US citizens, they can’t fly into the US. As of now we don’t know when this rule is going to stay in place. My mother has her 10 year VISA (B1-B2) so as soon as the government lift that rule, my mother will be allowed in the country and she will come right away. If that happens before she gets her immigration appointment at the Embassy of Budapest, what should I put on page 8 62.a.? Should I put Budapest or should I put Los Angeles? What would happen if I put Budapest there and in the mean time she can fly into the States?

Hello - On Page 12 Part 9 Number 2. If I am a US Citizen now do I need to enter my A-number? I technically do not have one since they kept my A-card when I did the Oath Ceremony.

Great question yes you need two and pay for two. In regards the beneficiary’s name should be the same as it appears in their passaport .

Hi Andrea I am filing for my mother to bring her over eventually. A question asks if my mother was married which she was to my father but he passed last yr. I applied her status as widowed but it has me enter in the date of when they were last married they never got a divorce do I need to put in the date of when my father passed away? Also another question is asking if my mother works she owes homes and rents them which is how she makes her income but doesnt file taxes in Mexico or has anything to show proof of this. Hello Friend, 12.a is asking the following "Provide your physical addresses for the last five years, whether
inside or outside the United States. Provide your current
address first if it is different from your mailing address in Item" if you read it carefully it tells you that you will need to start with your current address if different from your mailing address. In this case example I put same as it is the same as the mailing address then you will provide the rest of your address for the past 5 years. Let me know if you have questions. Remember the Address history is the petitioner information

Con respecto a la importancia es mentira ahora si un abogado está para defenderte en caso ellos tomen decisiones injustamente pero en mi persona no lo veo así como te lo han mencionado. Separate forms.

You can start any time you want. Processing his passport is a different situation from trying to petitioning him. This form takes up to 10 months for approval depending were your case will be at. For example; mine got to Texas office and I got approved for my mother in 91/2 months. My mother right now is fixing her passport as there is still time for everything. You should start soon.
