  • What is Earthing? Join me as I spend 138 hours connected to the earth using earthing mats/sheets and spending time walking barefoot on the earth. Earthing or also know as Grounding has been proven to have a number of health benefits including reducing stress and anxiety as well as reducing inflammation. In this video, I try it out for myself!
I never planned on having a link here but lots of the comments asked where they could purchase earthing products so below are some sites to check out.

I had an elbow injury that nagged me for 3 years. After hearing about earthing a couple months ago I moved my workouts outside and barefoot in the grass. For the first time in three years I'm completely pain free. Can confirm and recommend, and it's well worth the bug bites.

It's good isn't it Joseph? All the healing takes place at the microscopic level inside your body and without you realising it. If you were old and had chronic pain, you'd notice the pain fade away. The earth is a powerful healer and the body a self repairing system that re-pairs with the earth.

@Nizam Ansari Beside earthing, my friend got rid of her diabetes by watching her diet and walking. She walked 15 minutes a day or more, fast. When she stopped it came back. But she was able to stop her medication again. There are ways, you must find yours. You are so young and having to deal with diabetes is enormous.
Check out Dr. Berg on TH-cam.
But with earthing, you can never go wrong.
I never looked into diabetes but if I find something useful I will let you know.

@Nizam Ansari For your sleeping problems. Try sleeping meditations, they work very well. Earthing will help you with your sleep or buy some melatonin.
Many times we can't go to sleep because we worry. Breathing also can help.
Breathe in, and count to 5. Breathe out as slowly as you can, count again to 5, and start the process again. It will calm your mind. Good night!

Been earthing my whole life. Very seldom get sick. Our modern day synthetic shoes, clothes, underwear, bedding, carpets etc are one of the biggest health impediments because our body's energy (chi or prana) cannot flow easily therefore it gets trapped, and stagnants turning into toxins. Buy natural fibre clothing and bedding instead - you'll soon notice a bigger difference.
This is a great video to get people started. 💜

The Earthing sheets with the silver thread will eventually oxidize and corrode and lose conductivity.
The carbon sleep mats are good long term.
One amazing thing about this is I have put grounding patches on the palms of an Aunt's hand and her arthritis in the hand was gone inside of 30 minutes.
She got a carbon pillowcase and carbon sleep mat and is now cured of arthritis totally. Did this for my mom and other aunt who were starting to get arthritis as well.

Earthing/Grounding.....or playing outside. Gen X was probably the last generation who grew up playing outside. Nobody really had to ask us to do this, it was a natural daily event especially after school. Parents expected us to go play outside until the street lights came on. We ran around barefooted, stepping on bees, but we just kept going. We loved being outside! We still had recess at school, walking/running on grass or dirt, not artificially covered playgrounds, being able to go outside to breath fresh air and get lots of sunshine. We skinned our knees and elbows, but no one was concerned. I broke my foot when I was in fifth grade. A cast was put on my lower leg and foot, but I kept going out for recess every day. My casted leg didn't stop me from any daily outdoor activities. Now we wear manmade shoes, manmade fabrics, walk on manmade floors, breath manmade air, eat processed food, completely disconnected from the earth and wonder why we have so many health issues.

Hey there. I have been grounding myself at night for the past 7 days. I get to sleep easily and sleep all night without waking. I have been dreaming a lot, every night!. I banged a 5ft piece of copper pipe into the ground outside my bedroom, attached a copper wire to the pipe and the other end to a copper bracelet that I slip over my foot when I'm in bed. All the best everyone, this is really worth getting into.

    • @sparked3113
      @sparked3113 ปีที่แล้ว +3

@Alled Hi there. I used the 5ft copper pipe because copper is a good electrical conductor, dosen't corrode easily and this was a piece that was in my shed. I live on sandy soil and long things bang down into the ground easily. The earthing stakes used for a house electrical system are galvanised steel bar about 6ft long (according to new zealand electrical regulations) so I felt confident in getting a good ground connection. A long stake or pipe is not the only working solution, a short pipe or bar say 1ft long will be just as good, it needs to be firm in the ground and not get washed out in rain. Even 6inches will do, but you would need to check on it to make sure it's not getting loose. Anything conductive buried in the ground will do, so long as it retains firm contact with soil. Hard, stony ground is no good for pipe or rod, some housing has no ground and is surrounded by concrete. For this situation I suggest taking your wire, strip the plastic insulation of the last 2ft, wind the bare copper into a flat coil, place the coil on the concrete or in the shallow stony hole and then put a heavy rock on top of the coil to hold it down. I suggest 2ft of bare copper coil just to be sure of getting good contact, but it's not critical. On another matter, I have seen videos showing how to use the Earth connection in a power socket to obtain an earthing point. I think this is a very bad idea. It's true that the earth connection in the socket is wired back to the earthing stake of the house electrical system, however in the fuseboard the earth is also connected to the Neutral line. The neutral cones from the local transformer in your street (along with the Live wire). So by connecting to the earth in the power socket you are also connected to the local transformer and the 30 or so other houses that the transformer supplies. So whatever your neighbours are up to is coming into your bed at night, it's not very organic! Your own separate Earth connection in or on the ground is preferable. I can't walk in bare feet due to tendon damage and I have Orthotic inserts in my shoes. Of course this shouldn't stop me taking my shoes and socks off and planting my feet on the ground from time to time. I'm sure it is one of the best things we can do for our health. But I can be earthed all night. Here's something weird. My earth wire is connected to a copper bracelet that I put on my right ankle at night, I'm straight off to sleep and dream like crazy. That's ok. However, If I put the bracelet on my left foot the dreams always turn nasty after 3 hours, it's so repeatable, every time.
I am thinking about getting a conductive mat or sheet for my bed next. Good luck.

First thing I noticed the very first morning was that I felt incredible, which I had not felt for around 15 years. I also noticed people were very friendly and approachable to me (I'm slightly anti-social).
I also turned off my wifi and bluetooth on everything. I do have a phone and 4g modem running but I hardwired any network connections and leave them way out in the furthest corner of the house from where I sleep and there are various settings in each to reduce how much rf radiation is coming off these devices. 10/10 sleep every night. Cheers bro.

Ayurvedic concepts are fascinating! Directions from “the gods”, literally. As a kid in the 60-70’s ended up at a Hindu high school at 11 till 14 while my dad worked building a road, I learned Hindi super quick and while the rest of the class did Sanskrit I got to read historical comics that told the stories of the Bhagavad Gita and great kings and queens of India.. they tell how the gods literally trained people In Ayurvedic principles.

I've heard of anecdotes of people curing cancer with massive negative ion absorption. One was supposedly a man who lived near a waterfall and would sit below it everyday and he was eventually healed. I'm skeptical of these stories because we should question everything, but its proven that negative ions have hugely positive implications on health. I'd hope someday all treatments are as natural and non-toxic as possible for the benefit of mankind.

Lovely video and shared experience. I’m a techy/engineer type - love the meter you shared w/grounding body voltage. Would say also to check conductivity of the cord and sheets or mat. Once and a while you’ll find a break in circuit. Also would get a plug when using outlets and check outlet is grounded. I live in the US. So it’s 120VAC single phase = Ideally w/a ground. Plugging into the earth though as in this video is the best but not always accessible. Thx again for the video mate.

I love Earthing. Unfortunately when I first began, it made me very very sick. I didn’t understand why? There was no information about checking outlets for being grounded in the directions.
Finally I found out that the outlet I was using, indeed 90% of the outlets in my home, are NOT GROUNDED! I did find a grounded outlet in my bedroom and used it, and all was well.
I did see the outlet tester in your video, but I didn’t hear you mention the tester. CAUTION ⚠️ If one’s outlet is not grounded the side effects are horrendous. I should have gone outside in my bare feet immediately when I got sick, but I didn’t know that would help. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR VIDEO WITH THIS INFORMATION!
I do love Earthing, especially hugging trees. Try it you’ll like it. I have 300+ year-old oak trees in my neighborhood. They are the best for grounding because of so many roots grounding it.

I think it’s interesting you found the mental side of this beneficial. Nature belongs to God. He made it and when we connect with nature, we connect with God (ie God made nature, nature is NOT God). Psalm 24 v 1 says ‘The earth is the Lord’s, and everything it. The world and all its people belong to Him.’ Little wonder you feel better, because we were made by Him to connect with Him. This is what He wants us to experience. If you believe in Him, you can belong to Him too, and your grounding experience will take on a 3D or even 4D effect, whereas at the moment it’s just 2D. Blessings.

Nature IS God! God is in all of us through our true nature as well. Jesus was a great man, but he is no more the son of God than I am the son of god! The bible is a great read, but keep in mind, it was written by a group of men and their interpretation of God. IMHO
