Incidentally, the parrots who present these homes, including for Palm Golding, don’t think showing fixtures (or, floor plan), is important. You get the usual unspecific crap like ‘modem kitchen’, ‘spacious lounge’, etc which really means nothing. Or sometimes you watch a video and it’s full of a talking woman, rather than the actual house for sale. Anyway, this home is, in ‘kenyanspeak’, ‘very modern’😄
