I used to see these houses abandoned when schooling at UoN lower kabete like 10 years ago and they were built on a river bed hope the owners will be told of the same before buying coz God forbid if a serious flooding would happen in Nairobi these houses would be the first ones to be swept away. Incidentally, the parrots who present these homes, including for Palm Golding, don’t think showing fixtures (or, floor plan), is important. You get the usual unspecific crap like ‘modem kitchen’, ‘spacious lounge’, etc which really means nothing. Or sometimes you watch a video and it’s full of a talking woman, rather than the actual house for sale. Anyway, this home is, in ‘kenyanspeak’, ‘very modern’😄
Such beautiful property needs a human tour guide. It is important to start the tour from the road to the gate, parking area and then room by room without cuts. Feeling the uninterrupted geography of the house is very important. Have the tour guide drive into the compound and capture that. Maximize on experiential marketing. If you just capture videos, people will just watch and go. I'm very sure that's not what you want. Selling involves an enthusiastic person creatively engage buyers until they feel compelled to buy. Please find an eloquent tour guide passionate about selling houses.
