Hi Lasse, I just pulled apart an older version of your pump that had 70 hours of runtime. The Orange 2L Connector in steps 7 and 31 of your new instructions are fixed with 2L black friction pins. I found an enormous amount of wear on one side of the Orange 2L pins from the sliding back and forth of the ball shuttle. I have rebuilt the pump with new parts and have used 2L grey FRICTIONLESS pins instead of the black 2L Friction pins to allow the Orange Connectors to rotate with the movement of the ball shuttle. I think this is worth consideration. I was amazed to find no other wear on any of the moving parts in your pump after 70 hours. Awesome pump. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks. That's a great idea! Of course gray pins will cause the part to roll more, get a more even wear and make the mechanism run more smoothly. I will update the instructions to reflect this.

I love the design. What is the name of the mechanism used at the bottom where it is pushing back and forward. Is it called a slate?
