Thanks man! You get it! I am glad someone enjoys my dumbass humor and sarcasm. I'm not sure why some don't. So I hit 2 or more birds with one stone...show a home, educate and most of all make you laugh...that's my goal :D
By the way what do you think of property in Osaka. Been looking for a detached used house for a while and I have noticed you get more bang for buck there, especially closer to city center. Don't want to spend more than 15M yen and property in Tokyo, Even saitma and chiba is going up in prices .. Or maybe I don't know wtf I am talking about 😅...... kick-ass est
@@Nasfrance Your comment made me rewatch my own video...laughing my ass off right now. Didn't realize how many times I said Sh*t and F*ck. lol Yeah you are right, you can get more bang for your buck, but maybe slightly lower rents. One of my current clients is currently looking there. 15M will give you A LOT of options :)
Thanks for the quick reply Colin. Appreciate it. Looking forward to your next video 😂. Hopefully something within my price range comes up in saitma (really like to be closer to Tokyo like nakano but I don't think my budget allows)....I love the way you say kick-assets... Makes me giggle like a 5 yr old kid😂.
@@Nasfrance You're welcome. I giggle all the time. I used to say ChaChing all the time when playing monopoly as a kid (started at 4 and half), so I guess it had some influence on me lol. 15m in Saitama gives you a bunch of options. It's under 10m where it starts to get tougher. Theres one 50 min walk or so to Omiya (10min walk to local station) with parking for 14ish
House of Ringu. Good to see you expanding your services offered with that toilet brush, and that you are keeping up wit the tapping! For me not being rebuildable is a limiting factor, are they always cheaper? And is this something that Japanese home buyers even care about? Keep up the great content. Cheers.
Did I scare you? haha Yeah, the nonrebuildable can make some properties almost half price, so there is huge value in that. Some care about it, but if you're looking for a good ROI or just a home then that can be amazing value on its own. Also in some cases you can rebuild with certain permissions from neighbours or city halls.
How long was the house sitting empty? That was quite a bit of dust and to still have running water and power... interesting. I would predict you might consider this place - unless the 5th video is a 5th viewing... in which case... - although depending on the asking price of this place, the distance to the train station - this place would seem like a decent opportunity.
(mold alert!!! whose effects are later evident in the video....😅) 04:20 "There's still sh*t in the house" : I think so too.... 😅 11:31 small rat's sh*t under there? 12:27 "pretty recent fuse box"??? 😅 Let me guess: You really have thought about buying this... 😁
That realtor was a ninja he came outa nowhere. was he living there ? lol You should pick the place up . there is a lot of potential there . if the price is right !
thank you for not jerking your phone around and making me motion sick! Too many people jerk their phones around too fast lol. I personally would pass on this one, because not only is it a tight squeeze, but also the walls and floor are rotting. Here in America, what is behind the wall and under the floors and foundation will cost you more than the renovations/making it look pretty.
Yeah, you never know. I don't mind floors as that's easy to fix, but yeah walls can be a pain. Yeah I like to make my videos full and slow...i cannot stand those types of videos you explain.
This one looks promising as investment type. Not exactly place you would like to live yourself, but as rent property - someone could be happy to live there if you fix it and put at renting market again. Still, I know that You are looking for something with more balance - cuz You seemed not very satisfied with rooms, while bathroom and kitchen are great (already renovated). Certainly unexpected find with this agent. I would agree that previous one (nr 3) has much better location for possible tenant (parks, area to walk around, school) - and from that perspective seems more attractive overall - but this one counters it with reduced renovation costs. I guess - location would be a key decision point here. Is it worth to be interested in this neighbourhood? That's probably main point to discuss. Am I correct?
Another great video Colin. I find the commentary more interesting than the walk through 😊. You are a funny dude man

You are correct. Both had different positives and negatives.
