    Meditation is the only way you can come out of anxiety,depression, stress, ill always be thankful to gurudev because of his breathing exercises and meditation i came out of my severe anxiety
    i was having an internal itching sensation inside my chest area got to know it was because of overthinking which led to anxiety i had certain panic attacks i started having fear with everything but now i am doing well its been almost a month... power to who all are feeling the same as me... Take care and stay consistent...

    Today's session was so relaxing and energized. The imagination of energy emitting out from both the hands made me feel vibrated and energized. This made me concentrate more unlike my deviation in thoughts. Thank you Guruji.
    To also thank Dinesh ji, for the pranayama exercises, the reason behind the way to do these exercises.
    Everything preached in this Breathing and meditation journey is a new learning for me and I am so thankful for that .

    After was tested positive for covid as asymptomatic though physically I was so fit but mentally was very stressed started following guru's vedio for meditation and pranayama. Mentally fot again thanks

    When breath in Actually as you said we are Energizing ourselves.. that means we are taking all the blessings of Universe to our body.. When breath out I felt like we should nor release our toxins as it's already suppressed with the Energized power taken by inspiration.. I feel like we should release or breath out our Pure Calm feelings/ thoughts of healing universe (Maithree- මෛත්‍රිය) as a respect to the nature.. Because this is like a mutual relationship.. with ourselves and universe.. Am I correct?? Please explain... 😊🙏
