Haha 27:30 the two most important guys in your entire park build! I can go without electric, water, eating, and showering but take my internet away and I'm dead in the water!! I thought this video was fascinating the way you problem solved fishing the lines through the conduit! 🥰

Who needs a fancy hotel when you can have an RV park with awesome wifi, right? We're glad you're enjoying the updates!

Awesome watching your progress, we are in the beginning stages of clearing Land for a 25 spot RV park. Did you look into starlink?

After frustration with "Hey, we are a business here.... can we get some priority" failed attempts, we did sign up for Starlink. Funny (not funny) enough, we were also put on Starlink's wait list. Guess we need to cancel Starlink before some random equipment shows up!
Good luck on your 25 spot RV park and feel free to reach out or come by for a tour!

I guess it goes without saying that Heff changed that password! 🙂

It's so rural and sparse out here, we'll probably just remove the password all together.

@@RvParkBuilder I'd rethink that! You don't want to not know who is on and using your connection because it can lead to bad things you don't want to be involved with should anyone access inappropriate illegal things. One password for you, a different one for the RV park guests is what I'd do.

Did you hardwire every RV site or do the guests use wifi connections to your park internet service?

    • @RvParkBuilder

We are doing both! Each RV site gets its own wifi router at the pedestal just like a home in a neighborhood. Then the RV guest can connect their RV equipment/router to the dedicated router provided by the park via WiFi or hardwired Ethernet with almost no loss of quality!

Why would anyone build a campground in the woods and remove all the trees? There is really nothing appealing about your place, looks almost like a dirt parking lot

We really don't consider Harmony Ridge RV Park a "campground". A RV Park requires more open space than a campground so large 40' and 45' rigs can maneuver around unobstructed to their RV spot without the risk of a tree tearing off the side of their RV. Many RV'ers have satellite dishes on top of their rigs and need an unobstructed view of the southern sky without trees in the way. You are right, we do have a large chert parking area near the road where guests can park while they wait to be escorted to their beautiful mountain ridge top nestled in their wooded site. Have you ever been to a RV Park? Most of them ARE like a parking lot with RV's parking 100' from each other. In those parks when you are grilling outside on your patio, you get to look at your neighbor's Rig, their septic, their water and their electric connections. At Harmony Ridge RV Park, we do things differently and you see nature, not your neighbor! You should stop on by sometime for a tour and we'll show you the 33 acres of trees/woods remaining of the original 35 acres we have here!

You have done a great job Troy. We are developing an amazing community and It is good that we won't have DKB268 visiting us. Don't need Debbie Downers hanging around.
